"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "Dane impressed me from the start. He was the 1st company to call and the 1st company out. Our condo roof plus the neighbors was covered in debris, Dane got up there and blew off not only our roof but our neighbors as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We received his estimate in a very timely manner. His estimate was completely fair and reasonable and honestly a lot better than we had projected. As soon as we accepted his bid, he had his workers here the next day. They did a great job! Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs.
