"The front yard was done - and cleaned up promptly. He removed quite a few bushes and limbs in the back yard several weeks ago - and has never been back - with no good explanation at all - what he offered about why he hadn't returned sounded made up. The moral of is this is what we should have done - gotten a contract, see if he was bonded, see if he was dependable. After several weeks - I called him and is was extremely agigated with me and hung up. Is that how you treat a customer???? Both me and my partner are handicapped seniors and we've learned a good lesson."

It’s usually best to transplant a tree when it’s dormant. For some, the best option is transplanting during fall after the leaves have fallen—October or November. In other cases, it’s best to transplant before new growth begins in the spring, often around March. You can often tell if a tree is grafted because it will have a noticeable line. Above the line, the bark will look different than it does below the line. It’s most common with fruit trees.
