Each AWO contained another DETAILED LIST of what was being fixed. 4 AWOs were required in all, The process took 12 calendar days (minus 3 day weekend and 1 Sunday), net 8 work days total! I paid NONE of the Upon Completion payments until the work was finished and I was happy. They followed up the next day to see if I found anything that was not done right. I gave them one item to finish, they did that within 2 days. It was a beautiful upgrade from old, stained PT wood decking to TREX! I am VERY satisfied!"
