It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. "The contractor replaced sheet rock inside a bedroom wall as well as the exterior of my home. The exterior of the home was well done. However, the interior replacement of the sheet rock, was not satisfactory with, a lot of short cuts and not professionally completed. You can see all the cuts made on the wall. The putty he used was not sanded, you can clearly see where the contractor used his finger to fill in gaps on the walls."
