Also inconsistent coverage of the wall paint.  Brad's crew worked very hard to cover all these problems and now the home looks like new.  In fact several people have asked if this was a new home based on how well the painting was done. The home is actually 7 years old. "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.
