"We remodeled our living room and had to disconnect all the home theater components and re-program the universal remote. First, Chris (owner) was responsive and prompt. I described what I needed, we set up a date, he confirmed our appointment, and arrived on-time. There was no 4-hour time frame during which I had to sit and wait. Second, I have a Universal Remote Company universal remote that not all AV companies can program and, evidently, needs rocket science to program. Chris re-programmed it with ease. Finally, the wiring for the components prior to having to disconnect them was a jumbled mess. When Chris and Barry were through, the wiring in the cabinet was organized and efficient. Everything works like clockwork, and we are happy.
