"The work crew arrived on time and set up to begin work in empty unit after I demo'd old windows. They made cut-outs where necessary and installed the new windows, then insulated and caulked and did the trim work inside and out. It took most of the week. My property manager scheduled with the tenants. The tenants all liked the new look and extra light and ventilation! These new windows should improve the insulating factor from the other ones. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
