The kindest, most hardworking, most professional crew out there! I could not have asked for a more remarkable service as the entire process from scheduling to drop off was seamless, worry free, and highly commendable! I was communicated with throughout the entire move, and the gentleman who took care of the delivery made sure my item was safely transported to its final destination. Would HIGHLY recommend this company, as they will continue to be my go to from here on out!

I wanted to share my experience with Superman Movers. If you're planning a move anytime soon, do yourselves a favor and STEER CLEAR of them. They completely ripped us off and them some, and I'm beyond furious! ?? So basically I agreed to a $170 an hour rate with them and even paid the non-refundable deposit of two hours down, which was $340. Everything looked good so I thought nothing of it. Well, when the day came to move everything hit the fan. Literally EVERYTHING. When the guys arrived to be signed on to the military base, one of them had forgotten his ID. So my husband had to sit and wait for him to run back to wherever and get one. Wouldn't normally be an issue except they never told us that they START charging you the moment the "truck leaves the warehouse", so this crap was all on our dime. Something that they never informed us of until AFTER everything was said and done, so there's that. When they finally reach the house they actually overshot it and end up driving another mile down the road, even though they were following my husband and he had even pulled down the window to gesture at the house and opened the garage. Ten minutes later, they finally come back and the guy apologizes claiming that the GPS was taking them to a different 5928 which is absolutely baloney! They FINALLY start working at 10am. Now, I only needed them to help move the heavy stuff. So they pack up just a few things, deliver to the new house and everything is done by noon. So they only worked for two hours, which the nonrefundable deposit of two hours down would cover - so I thought it worked out pretty well. WRONG. We suddenly get a charge of an additional $430! I'm floored. I look at the contract and THEY had changed the hourly rate to $220 AFTER the move was done and claimed that we owed them for 4 hours of work! I feel robbed, swindled, and like the rug was pulled out from under us. I have been on the phone with these guys for two days straight and they had the nerve to pity refund us for "15 minutes" and that's it. They won't acknowledge that these guys only worked for two hours, they won't acknowledge that they CHANGED THE RATE after everything was said and done, and I have no hope that this will ever be corrected as all they seem to do is send me to voicemail. These people are highway robbers. And that's a **** shame because the boys they sent to do the work were actually complete sweethearts. Can NOT say the same thing about the company. I actually had a lady tell me that they take it upon themselves to change the rate depending on what THEY feel is appropriate, not what YOU, the paying customer, agreed to. That's like if I baked you a pie and sold it to you at $2 a slice, then AFTER you ate it all I shrug and say "Actually I'm upping that to $5 a slice." WHO DOES THAT?? I've had enough. ? This crap isn't going to be fixed for me but I can do what I can to prevent it from happening to anyone else. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY from Superman Movers!!

Some items they picked up to take to their warehouse for storage (irreplaceable art work) were never found. They did not provide an inventory of what was was picked up and stored (not even a box count to prove what was unloaded). They had no storage unit available so my things were stored in their warehouse which meant no access until they delivered to my new location. This was a big mistake, as there was no way to verify what had been stored and couldn't know my items disappeared, until other household goods picked up later, were delivered to my new location. A yellow couch wasn't sufficiently covered in the move which left permanent fabric stains. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Movers showed up on time. Unfortunately, they had "forgotten" to bring tools, so I had to unpack several boxes to find screwdrivers, Allen wrenches etc, to loan them to be able to dismantle the beds etc. Also, they had not brought ANY packing materials even though the contract clearly stated that they would have a bundle of boxes and pack the kitchen. So I had to buy more boxes, bubble wrap and tape (at an expensive local place) just to get finished. The workers were energetic and enthusiastic at first, but after 7 hours were desperate to be finished. The last packing consisted of simply throwing things in boxes, and at the new location, they placed some furniture in the wrong location, and one bed was not put together correctly. They were also NOT at all careful. I have several broken items in boxes and multiple scrapes, nicks and gouges in my furniture, included a large gouge in the middle of my headboard. The lead mover took a photo of that and of some damage to the brand-new stair rail, and said "we'll take care of that". However, they charged my credit card immediately (they apparently had it on file from the deposit), and I have not heard a word from them in two weeks. Very disappointed. They may be ok for moving well-boxed items from one place to another, but do NOT use them for furniture moving, or expect any care for your belongings.

I will not use this company or refer them to friends. They moved us last year. I spoke with the office on the phone and they did my quote. The guys showed up with a truck that was way too small, they were rude and lazy, and they had no plan to protect my floors from mud on a rainy day. The whole time they treated me like I had made the mistake of under-reporting what we needed moved. Then they left without completing the work.

Very professional and courteous, according to our son who managed the move. Belongings were packed with care. Superman went out of their way to retrieve and return key to our storage unit as we were out of Alaska at the time.

We were extremely happy with customer service and the actual moving experience.
1.  They arrived on time with adequate trucks, equipment, and number of movers for the job.
2.  They were organized as a team in how they worked.  The job went quicker than we thought.  They finished 2 hours sooner than I estimated.
3.  We were impressed, because they did a better job for us than the professionals provided by my husband's company when we moved to Alaska.
4.  We had a damage-free move, which we were also pleased with.
5.  The manager called and stopped by to assure us with a quality move and check on our approval.
Bottom line is this.....I would recommend Superman Moving and Delivery of Anchorage, Alaska to friends, family, and coworkers.

The movers were on time.  They were careful with my items and made sure not to bang walls during the move.  If they had any questions they were quick to ask.  They wrapped many of the items to insure they would not be damaged during the move.
