"After signing up and paying for his service as an Angie's list special offer, I did not hear from him for a couple of weeks (instead of a couple of days). When he did call he was very apologetic, explained that there had been an emergency in his family, and set up an appointment. He did not show up for that appointment, but when I called he rescheduled for that afternoon, came, and did an excellent job.

"Mike was professional, timely, and customer service oriented. He painted some interior doors and they looked great. An issue came up with the pressure washing but Mike handled it well. House now looks great. The interior clean was ok although we ended up staying with our regular cleaners. A great business model and would hire Mike again for other projects."

They sent out a crews -- it was either three or four guys to do that, but I didn't -- of course, if was faster with four guys -- but I didn't know that they needed to send four guys out. I thought their price was a little high especially given that another company I used at my son's house this year was $230 for a spring cleanup. That was a big difference. And there were two or three fellows on that crew -- there were not four like had been on the other crew. I gave them a B overall primarily because of the pricing.

"They were VERY punctual, professional, and did a great job.  I contacted other painters who gave me quotes and promises but never showed up, not this time.  Keith at Protek was on top of returning my calls, coming in on bid, and a perfectionist when it came to the quality of work.  I am already planning on having them come back to paint some interior rooms.  Highly recommend!!
