They have free wifi and a nice lobby area with tables and chairs, so I bring my laptop and work in the lobby while I wait. They also have a TV on to pass the time, and free popcorn and coffee. Anchorage Tire Factory does all of our automotive work, we've had them replace our brakes, axles, and many other repairs, and even did headlight conversions on my old pickup to the modern h4/9003 bulbs. The prices are honest, the work is solid, great folks, no problems ever.

My television had developed a distorted picture so I called the maintenance center. The item was also still under the manufacturer's warranty and I had already had a negative repair visit from the warranty service that had been offered from one repair center, so it was wonderful to have things handled so smoothly and competently by Sears Repair.
The Repair Technician, Rick Huggett, called before the appointment time to confirm when he was going to arrive. He arrived on time and was very professional and took time to determine what was happening to my TV. He did some extensive testing of the TV and showed me where the picture became distorted during a portion of the testing. He ordered a new circuit board. He scheduled a follow-up visit to install the new board when it arrived.
When the new circuit board arrived, he was very considerate and he even asked if it was alright with me if another repair tech could come with him to help to move the TV. When they arrived, they handled the product with the upmost care. After inserting the new circuit board, he did testing to make sure that the board was alright. I felt that he was very pleasant, yet professional, to deal with. They both were very professional and careful with my TV.
I am highly impressed with the professionalism, the knowledge, and also the care that this technician took with my TV. I have not experienced another technician that was as thorough in the testing ability and the knowledge about this type of TV. This will make me continue to purchase the Sears Maintenance Agreements on my products, as I have received such good care from Repair Technicians like him.

Tom and his crew of 3 people were very professional. They answered our questions and concerns about how they were going to finish the trim by our fireplace that had ceramic tile. They actually suggested if we want the cable opening for the tv closer to the wall instead of from the floor. This made it look so much of a neater look. They worked about 8:30 to about 4 on the 8th and 9th of April. They cleaned their mess up from all the cutting of the wood.
April 10,11,and 12,another crew came in to do the sanding and staining. They used a gunstock stain which is what we had on the bruce floor. I can't explain in words on how pleased we are on the sanding and staining of the floors. To me it was perfection. I can say this because a year ago we had a wood floor installed in our bedroom and a bruce floor sanded in our dining room and refinished by another company and there were areas where there was still dust particles under the polyurethane that created a bumpy finish in certain areas of the floor. I wish I had know about Angie's list back then, its because of them I chose Property Care to do our floors this time around, I picked them because of all the positive reviews I read, We had to leave the house for two nights when they applied the final finish because of the strong smell, although inconvenient it was well worth it.

WARNING DONT HIRE. Horrible. Didnt sand ceiling, but was charged for it, painted walls and got paint all over my flat screen tv & mount, coffee pot, my clothes, ceiling light fixtures, outlet/receptacle & switch plate covers. Painted without sanding 1st. Looks awful. Didn't put enough paint...
I just am getting home from a root canal on a very painful canine with IV sedation. My high metabolism and body make IV sedation difficult to achieve, even real general anesthesiologists for in hospital surgeries have been shocked and made notes that the stuff does work on me right and it...
While it was being made, I began to worry myself sick about my piano which was close to the window and my dog and the tv cable which ran up between the windows. When Paul called the morning of delivery, his voice was so cheerful I immediately felt better. Paul and Spencer were cheerful,...
I've seen Stanley Steemer on the TV and I called them. He gave me a special bill because I had them do extra rooms in the house. I would use this provider again.
This was supposed to be a fairly small, one day job. The project was to remove a wall that was installed to house a big screen tv. Behind this wall was supposed to be a wall that had been completed during the building of the house. An easy demolition and clean up job. However when the wall...

If your TV antenna is good quality and was installed by a professional, you can expect it to last between 10 and 20 years without needing repair or replacement. This can vary based on your geographic location, weather conditions, and antenna location.
TV antennas should be replaced if it’s been bent or physically damaged. It is possible that these can still be repaired. However, the repair won’t be as superior as a repair on a non-damaged antenna. Since repairing an antenna is typically less expensive than replacing it by at least $100, it’s worth trying to save your existing one if possible.
Before investing in a TV antenna repair, there are a few steps you can take to help boost your signal quality. Removing obstacles like tree branches can help improve your signal strength. Along the same line, moving an indoor antenna away from obstacles can also help. These should be near a window, as high as possible. If these steps don’t work, speak with a TV antenna technician about a signal amplifier to help boost your signal even further.
The cost to repair your TV antenna is around $200 for the average homeowner. However, charges could be as low as $60 or as high as $450. Factors such as multidirectional or unidirectional, indoor or outdoor, and amplified or non-amplified all play an essential role in determining the cost of your repair. For example, outdoor antennas cost more on average to repair than indoor ones, much like amplified antennas cost more to repair than unamplified ones.
Before your TV antenna stops working, there are a few ways to tell it’s starting to break. Some common signs that your antenna needs repair include:
A repetitive “no signal” issue
A redundant “searching” issue
Increased signal issues during a cloudy or rainy day
A sudden drop in signal strength, regardless of the weather
If you’re experiencing these problems, you’ll want to ensure that your cables are still in good shape and have not deteriorated. In addition, check to make sure that your cables are firmly in place at the wall outlet. Finally, check the position of your antenna to ensure there are no obstructions in its path. If you’ve checked your antenna thoroughly and are still having these problems, a repair is most likely needed by an antenna technician.
