She knows how to use elbow grease! Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of cleaning Teresa did. I did go behind her and see a few spots she missed (a baseboard in the hall, some pictures that needed dusting) when cleaning my large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home. I pointed these out and she very willingly did the touch ups. She asked me several times if I was happy with her work and gave me the opportunity to let her know if I wanted anything else done. She aims to please! I would hire Teresa again for a deep cleaning."
