Great! We've hired Carter before and will definitely do so again. Prior jobs were general yardwork and cleanup. This one, on a different property, involved removing a very large mesquite tree that had been blown over by a recent storm and twister, and filling in and smoothing over the big hole the tree had left. Carter's crew did a serious clean up in our enclosed back yard and pool area (we had hired them to do our front yard a few months before that). This time again they did a superb job: Carter works carefully with clients, really listening to what they want done and having his crew follow up by delivering on those specific instructions. The whole operation is prompt, professional, reliable, and definitely competitively priced. I am definitely sticking with them for all my yard work and related jobs

The technicians, Al and Pablo were excellent. We had a strong rotting smell in a small bathroom, suggesting a sewer backup problem. They came promptly and examined the situation, including crawling under the house to inspect the everything. They found that our problem was not a sewer. Then they searched in the bathroom itself, and determined that it was an animal nest right under the sink vanity. They were quick, pleasant, and efficient. Because the visit was so fast and not a plumbing problem, they volunteered not to charge anything. If we have other problems potentially serviced by Temperature Control, we will surely call you next time

Carter was great from the start. We only had a rough idea of what we wanted when we called him; we only knew that we needed to improve the drainage around our carport for monsoon storms but didn't really know WHAT we needed to do. Carter assessed the situation, gave us a recommendation and estimated the project cost at $2000 or less. He was very careful throughout the project to make sure things weren't costing too much, and did come in well under his estimate. We had a french drain system installed on the "uphill" side of the carport and a flow-out area on the other side that resembles a wide stream bed. (Luckily, we had already installed drain pipes underneath the footing of the carport! Otherwise, this project would have cost much more.) Carter's crew is extremely hard working and very professional. Be aware that when you use this company, you will be expected to pay vendors for the rental of heavy equipment (such as Bobcats) and any materials. Since Carter carefully explained this at the start, we didn't have any problem at all with this arrangement. Highly recommended

My friend originally recommended them then I found them on Angies List so I bought a special to have them come out. Adam & Brandon came out to do the work. I was very impressed with the job they did. The handyman who originally installed my new sink & disposal did not do the job correctly. The sink dropped down & the disposal was lose so when I used it water would come out of the band on the disposal. They braced up my sink underneath with boards to prevent it from dropping further. I was very impressed with the job that they did & will certainly recommend them & hire them in the future for any plumbing needs that I may have

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. "We have two heating/cooling units and each were about 30 years old. We had another company come out to service them and were told that they should be replaced. Thus began the search for a company to do the work. We got several bids, and once we got over the sticker shock, we called Perry. Perry's technician/salesman told us that the old units could, in fact, be serviced and we could continue to use them for awhile; however, we decided against this move because of their age and their inefficiency. We were offered several options at several prices and found them reasonable when compared to the other bids we received. Before we committed, we did an internet search and chose the units we felt were best for us. As the day for installation grew closer, we received a few phone calls and they determined that they would need to bring in a crane to place the units, but there was no extra charge for this. In addition, they removed a cooler that hadn't been used in years, and they fixed the duct work where it had been. You can't even tell we ever had an evaporative cooler. There was no extra charge for this, either. Once the units were installed the technician showed us how to work the new thermostats and set up the app on our phones. We have been delighted ever since. We are now cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our bills have gone down and the systems are very quiet. Many of our friends have some kind of horror story about air conditioning, and ours is a fairy tale by comparison. We recommend Perry Heating and Cooling to everyone and will continue to do so.
