"Cardinal Contractors did a complete roofing replacement at my home.&nbsp; <br /> Aaron Wallis, from Cardinal Contractors, was project leader, he did an <br /> outstanding job. He was with my project from beginning to end visiting <br /> the site probably several hours each day. Aaron's attention to detail <br /> was outstanding.&nbsp; He coordinated everything, all of the material <br /> delivery and roofing crews, everything. <br /> My roof is steep (12 pitch), large (5000 sq ft) and somewhat complex and <br /> as such required a full week to completely tear-off and replace, <br /> although two days were cut short due to heavy rain.&nbsp; My roof has lots of <br /> valleys along with full hip and ridge venting which also had to be <br /> replaced.&nbsp; <br /> Cardinal Contractors installed an Owens-Corning Total Protection Roofing <br /> System with ice and water shielding and a full synthetic underlay.&nbsp; <br /> They did additional valley work to prevent a return of ice damage. I <br /> initially relayed my issues, concerns and problems to Aaron and he <br /> translated them into roofing solutions.&nbsp; The roofing crews did the job <br /> exactly as had been described by Aaron including the special handling of <br /> several problem areas.&nbsp; <br /> Aaron did the original on-roof inspection returning to meet with the <br /> claims adjuster from my insurance company he made certain the adjustor <br /> considered every aspect of my roof .&nbsp; I did contact two other <br /> recommended roofers to look at the job, while both provided &nbsp;complete <br /> bids, neither seemed to have the level of interest or follow-up that <br /> Cardinal and Aaron had.&nbsp; In their defense this was during a very busy <br /> season with lots of storm damage to properties in the area, they did <br /> eventually me call back. <br /> On my recommendation two friends also had full roof replacements <br /> performed by Cardinal again with Aaron Wallis handling the projects. <br /> At the end of the job Cardinal Contractors provided a paid-in-full <br /> statement, contractors final release, full lien waivers and an <br /> Owens-Corning roofing system warranty document. <br /> Overall I was very satisfied, I would use Cardinal again. <br /> <br />show more
