Took the payment and ghosted me

He needed connector part to fix it and never came back. He took my $75 and never came back and he ghosted me. He wouldn't return my calls.

came for a diagnostic call, scheduled a week later for the repair. Machine leaked through the floor into the basement after the repair, couldn't return until over a week later. Day of 3rd visit he called after the 8-12 scheduled time and left a message saying if I didn't call back in 10 minutes he would cancel. Which he did. After three weeks without a dishwasher I wound up replacing the machine and eating the $280 repair charge.

I was having an icemaker problem. Mike came out as promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. He quoted me the price to fix it but also suggested I try to have the refrigerator maker send me the parts for free. That worked and as a result I am only paying for the service call. Mike and Crews were honest and helpful rather than trying to charge me as much as possible. I will definitely call them next time I need anything!

My 1999 Frigidaire washing machine would not drain. Mike came the next day. He called as he was on his way, was friendly and polite. He was on time and got the the washer working again right away. There was no pressure to buy something new just an honest assessment of the situation. Mike cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable fee. It was a great relief to find an honest and competent repair company that doesn't overcharge. I would recommend this family run business 100% and will call them again if need be.

Mike from Crews Appliance looked at our washing machine. We had a broken belt, and we had been experiencing some problems with the washer not fully draining or completing the cycle. He told us our options, expected cost, and expected life expectancy of the machine. We decided to repair and it was done quickly and professionally. Mike has fixed other appliances of ours and is always courteous, punctual, and willing to inform you of all your options when it comes to repairs.

Outstanding repair service in all aspects. Our KitchenAid dishwasher is only about 3 years old, and we were very concerned about being able to get it fixed for reasonable price and in a reasonable timeframe.... Then we found Crews Appliance Repair! I contacted them on a Thursday, and Mike was able to make it here on the following Monday. He was quickly able to troubleshoot our problem, which turned out to be a bad pump assembly. He able was to procure the replacement pump assembly in a couple days, and got our dishwasher fixed up as good a new. The repair price was completely acceptable and Mike is a true professional. Next time we need an appliance repaired, we will be calling on Crews Appliance Repair to do the job!

Mike, the repairman was very professional and timely. He calls before appointments to coordinate with a working schedule. He had ample tools for the repair and was very familiar with apartment size washer units. He was able to fix the electrical unit easily which was preventing the water to drain and even checked belts, etc before finishing the job. I highly recommend working with Crews Appliance repair and Mike, the main repair man. And he guaranteed his work for 30 days! I will definitely call them again.

Mike was here on time, the day after I called. He ordered and replaced parts in the refrigerator and dishwasher. I can hardly believe my dishwasher could be so quiet. And I’m glad I only had to wait a day for my fridge to defrost so he could fix it! Mike also helped me understand why my clothes took more than one cycle to dry on the delicate cycle - my loads were too small to touch the sensor. He cleaned the sensor just to be sure, checked the air flow outside and removed some lint. He told me he could replace a dryer part but it didn’t really need it- I could hit start a lot of times with delicate loads for the amount of money it would cost - since it dries just fine on the normal cycle. He didn’t charge for the dryer work and was very fair and reasonable on the dishwasher and refrigerator. I had contacted several repairmen before calling Crews so I’m happy with the charges. Mike does a clear and simple, yet very informative, job of explaining the problems and how the repair will help. I will definitely call Crews if I need appliance repair again.

Our repairman tried his best to save it, but sadly it was beyond help.
