Throughout the process, Larry and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done, always focusing on quality and making sure we were happy with the work. Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Moreover, those companies carried large project minimums, which would have forced us to throw away thousands to have our serious issue addressed. Enter Rain City.
