Spa Doctor, came out, and was willing to educate me on care of a hot tub! But then, I was worried that I would forget to do the regular monthly needs of our hot tub and so they come out and do it for me! Its great! - THE SPA DOCTORI hired the Spa Doctor to fix my hot tub. It's still broken, and I've never been happier! They came out, checked the problem and returned to install a new heater. Unfortunately, there were still electrical problems. Karen in their office contacted the manufacturer, and found out the spa is older that we thought. She detailed out how expensive it would be to get the spa running, which was too much for such an old tub. Another tech was sent out to see if there was any way we could do a quick repair. When we agreed not to proceed with more repairs, she had one of her staff come back and remove the new heater at no cost! I was only charged for the initial visit- not the install, the extra visit from the tech, or the removal!! When I install a new spa, you can be sure I'll always call the Spa Doctor for any upkeep or repairs

He spliced and installed the pump and works great now and no loud noise. They were slightly out of their area of work but did it anyway. Thank you SPA DOCTOR. They were also very reasonable. Others were going to charge my almost twice what they did just to come out. Was worth it

"This was challenging as there are many fractures to contend with in the slab. Floating one area up can affect the adjacent area and throw the edges into an unrecoverable situation when leveling. The team was asked to push to achieve the best outcome, not perfection and that is what they did in order to meet my expectations. Mt floor is usable again in only one day and at half the cost of removal and replacement (as long as you can accept the existing blemishes). Their teamwork and customer service attitude is top notch!

"Randy Parker of Mountains West Construction earned every ounce of the 5 star / A+ rating. My project was a complicated design/build deck replacement including unexpected dry-rot. He presented a bid for the scope of the project, and prepared me for contingencies based on what his 15+ years experience told him to expect. He made a point to communicate with me during every step of the project, made appropriate changes as unknown complications (the dry rot was invasive) presented themselves and went out of his way to construct it right rather than the way it was done by the original builder. I can't recommend him highly enough. As of today, we have completed 2 phases of a 3 phase deck project. I am pleased with his quality workmanship and the added curb appeal of his suggestions. He showed up on time, kept me apprised of his schedule, and consistently did what he said he would do. I've already got my 2019 project list on his radar!

"They replaced our two old hot water tanks with one tankless hot water heater and changed out the piping to the second tank upstairs so we didn't need two hot water heaters. Since we live in a 1929 home, installing the tankless system required some creativity and thought by Fox's plumber, Eric. It was an expensive transition, but we determined it would be better than replacement of our old tanks which were way past their replacement due dates. We've been very happy with the decision we made to have a tankless system. We have hired Fox Plumbing many times for home plumbing (both inside and outside) and have always been happy with their work.
