THE SPA DOCTOR

Cannot recommend Karen and Cameron at Spa Doctor enough. From the first communication they helped me triage the issue, order the correct parts and get the appointment booked quickly. Cameron worked efficiently, helped triage other issues with the tub and left the area super tidy. Both incredibly courteous and helpful the entire experience. But most of all, the price! They not only helped me find a cheaper pump, but the repair cost was significantly lower than Aquaquip had quoted. I paid $450 (inc parts) for a job quoted out at $850 by Aquaquip. So if their service wasn't already enough to gain my customer loyalty, the price sealed it. I'll use their services again and again, highly recommend Spa Doctor for any issues you encounter with your spa.

I am so grateful to have been referred to this company. We bought a house with a hot tub and I had never had one before. Spa Doctor, came out, and was willing to educate me on care of a hot tub! But then, I was worried that I would forget to do the regular monthly needs of our hot tub and so they come out and do it for me! Its great! They send a reminder that they are coming, show up, do the work and our tub works beautifully! Spa Doctor is very upfront about costs and makes you feel like a part of their family and not just a mark to squeeze as much money from you they can. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hot tub service or repairs with no reservations.

Karen and her staff at the Spa Doctor are amazing! We had not used our hot tub in a LONG time. It was in desperate need of a good cleaning plus there was a weird error code on it as well. Shondell came out to clean it for us, but stopped, called me out, and explained what the error code was and what was needed to fix it. They really helped us make an educated decision on the repair, ordered the part and then Cameron came out to fix the unit. Our hot tub is now fully functional, nice & clean and ready to use and we couldn't be happier with the knowledge & service that the staff at the Spa Doctor gave us. Will gladly use them again and HIGHLY recommend!

I hired the Spa Doctor to fix my hot tub. It's still broken, and I've never been happier! They came out, checked the problem and returned to install a new heater. Unfortunately, there were still electrical problems. Karen in their office contacted the manufacturer, and found out the spa is older that we thought. She detailed out how expensive it would be to get the spa running, which was too much for such an old tub. Another tech was sent out to see if there was any way we could do a quick repair. When we agreed not to proceed with more repairs, she had one of her staff come back and remove the new heater at no cost! I was only charged for the initial visit- not the install, the extra visit from the tech, or the removal!! When I install a new spa, you can be sure I'll always call the Spa Doctor for any upkeep or repairs!

While they did try to get things right by bringing out multiple sub contractors shortly thereafter, I had to completely redo all the plumbing myself, as the joints were not properly completed. The poor plumbing kept springing leaks at different locations and one catastrophic failure emptied the hot tub burning out the heater. But it was at that point when they stopped offering help and I was on my own. The problem was their initial sub contractor who after 3 or 4 times within 60 days eventually refused to come out to fix it and honestly didn't want them back onsite anyhow. But in all fairness, I used them several times before and never had a problem.

Excellent. He found the problem within 10 minutes. Needed a pump replaced. Ordered it. Came back out and found out that the factory had cross threaded a pipe. He spliced and installed the pump and works great now and no loud noise. They were slightly out of their area of work but did it anyway. Thank you SPA DOCTOR. They were also very reasonable. Others were going to charge my almost twice what they did just to come out. Was worth it.

Excellent: : he explain every thing to me about how to run a jacuzzi, how to keep it clean, etc. very polite and friendly.

They were busy so it took s long time to get them here but once here very pleased with the work they did.

I've had another company provide the same services for several years, and while it was initially satisfactory, the last two times I wasn't happy with the immediate or long-term results. The service provide by Spa Doctor was better in every way. The technician immediately identified the problem, provided advice on how to solve it, and gave clear and understandable instructions on the right way to maintain my spa going forward. After 1 week I can say the advice was excellent; it's like having a new spa!

Work completed as agreed to

The technician came within the time window. The job was done less than an hour and professionally but it's a little pricy. One thing I hope they can do better is to remind the technician to give the customer a call 30 minutes before arrival as promised by the job scheduler.

I was able to fix the FL1 error myself by searching on the internet for the make and mode and "FL1". But they came out and we're able to help me understand my hot tub and the chemicals required. I also purchased an ozone generator from them.

Karen was fantastic. She responded quickly to my initial enquiry, arrived as scheduled and did a sterling job on cleaning our hot tub. She walked me through regular maintenance too. Highly recommended!

They have been great. We have used them once. They have been perfect. They have been very responsive. The owner of the company is amazing. She is very nice. Been a great experience working with this company. They have good pricing for the type of work they have been doing.

System board was not delivering power to the heater, so the system board needed to be replaced. Technician called, explained the situation and the cost. Gave him the go ahead and the hot tub was back in service that evening.

Karen was the best of the bunch. She was the first to get back to me to set-up a time to do the job, was very professional on the telephone, double-checked to be sure we were still on for our planned time, came prepared with a variety of equipment to do the job, particularly since we had freezing conditions, was timely getting the project done and pleasant as well. She does great work and I would recommend her to others.

I LOVE SPA DOCTOR!!

I have a 10-Year Old Hot Tub, I had not used in in 10 years and really thought I would have to buy a replacement one.  I contacted Karen and Kat and they were GREAT!!! Awesome Customer Service, Great Communication and Totally went the Extra Mile in the finding me a great deal on a New Hot Tub Cover as Well!! My 10-year Old Hot Tub now works and looks brand new!! I will definitely use them again for Service and Maintenance! Beyond Pleased!!!
