- Washington Energy ServicesWashington Energy Services put a new water heater in our home almost 15 years ago. It was the weekend after we moved in. We were pleased with their service back then, so we called them again when our water heater leaked everywhere. They were able to come out the very next day and put our new water heater in. They took care of necessary permits and made that part so easy. They understood the urgency of our need and were kind and helpful. We would recommend them for any of their services
- Washington Energy ServicesThey came yesterday, 15 minutes early, but we were ready. They had called several days prior to confirm the date and time, and called again to tell us they were on their way. The work was completed in about 2 hours, to county code. They hauled away the old heater.
- DAMIAN JOHN CONSTRUCTIONWe are thoroughly impressed with Damian John for kitchen appliance installation. The installers were always professional, extremely well-trained, and efficient. On our last visit (it took several days of install due to our construction schedule), the lead installer went through everything: ensuring we were happy with the install, and making small adjustments. We couldn't be happier, and will always use Damian John in the future for our appliance installation
- ALBERT LEE MAJOR APPLIANCESExtremely rude staff. Super defensive and condescending. They sold us a washer and dryer and an oven/stove/microwave. They told us the installation would be $75 and to call Damian John to set up the install for the oven/stove/microwave. They did NOT tell us the installation would be done by a company in Everett for $1400!!! What?! Apparently Albert Lee doesn't install ovens/stoves/microwaves anymore. When I called to ask why they referred me to an appliance install company that wanted $250 for coming to "the far east" of Snoqualmie Ridge (their words), they were rude and unhelpful and defensive. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who calls them back after they're quoted $1400 for installation fees that were never mentioned at the point of sale. So much for them claiming to be a high end appliance retailer. When I called to speak with them about the installation options, I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman. They were just as dishonest and dishonorable as the "low-end" appliance retailers we were trying to avoid when we entered their store. Albert Lee has gone WAY downhill!!! Never again
- ALBERT LEE MAJOR APPLIANCESBeware. Service is horrific and completely impersonal. Customer service and sales reps are based in India, not in Bellevue, WA like the phone number looks. Delivery, product availability and installation have been an absolute nightmare on my 6-appliance order for a remodel. If you’re at home during the complete window they intend to deliver, and your construction project stays perfectly on schedule, you’re probably fine. If you’re two minutes late, they will leave, and there is no way to speak to the driver. Dispatchers won’t pick up the phone. Your rescheduled delivery will be bumped weeks out instead of the logical thing of turning around to drop what’s already on the truck. If your construction project runs late, rescheduled delivery dates can be months out. They also won’t hold appliances you’ve purchased - they are released to other orders. When you do need them, they will probably be on backorder, delaying your project further. I have wasted so much time on this and will never, EVER, work with this company again. Buy local. Albert Lee is not

- JC Anderson Enterprises IncOur kitchen remodel started with a dishwasher leak and older cabinetry that was in need of repair and new hardware. The cabinet that housed the dishwasher had water damage and that would need attention. John came to look at the job and my husband suggested we check on replacing the old laminate countertops. John gave us ideas on materials we could use and how we might be able to "facelift" the kitchen without replacing the cabinets. At that point, it was determined that new appliances (since the dw had already expired) would also be in order if countertops were coming off. John helped us navigate through the steps necessary to accomplish our goals. He was a one man show. He installed beautiful granite 12x12 tiles for countertops and back splash, but not before making sure everything was level (this home was built in the 20's) and solid. He extended an area to create a bar, and increased surface area with the granite tiles atop a pony wall adjacent to the dining room. He designed shelving in a large corner cabinet which once housed a lazy susan. This gave us a lot more storage. John installed all of our appliances. He tackled the plumbing, installed the sinks, did electrical work, and wrapped oak around the granite tiles and around the new bar area. You couldn't even tell the old from the new. John pays a great deal of attention to his finish work and does so in a very artistic way. We always felt very comfortable having John in our home. He was reliable, on time, organized, and kept the job site clean. We would give John high recommendations to anyone interested in a remodel

He removed cabinets and carpet from the kitchen...took an old closet transformed it into a refrigerator garage to free up space. Installed hardwood floors in the kitchen dining room and utility area. Installed new along with the older cabinets (fantastic match too) with new counter tops. Excellent job! True honest craftsman. My mother has lived in her house since 1970 and is very pleased with the remodel

The actual installation was done by Robert, and we could not have been happier him AND the quality of his work - it was craftsmanship. He was fast and his work product was meticulous. He was punctual, fastidious when inside our house, cleaned up completely every day after he was done, and communicated clearly with us. If we had a question, he was able to answer it. I truly looked forward to his daily arrival during the several weeks it took to complete the job. The finished kitchen is stunning. Thanks, Keystone, you did a great job

"The person that came out was a subcontractor that was working for Lowe's. The experience wasn't good. It took them three times to finish the job. They brought the counter top out and the worker didn't have the right tools. So, he had to come out again and messed up the cut. By the third time it was complete, approximately two weeks later. On the flip side of things, the counter top was greatly reduced when it was all said and done.

"Our sincerest thank you for the great deal and installation job of our recent purchase of a dishwasher from King and Bunny’s Appliances. The extra effort in providing a superior coronavirus protections made it so we could relax and casually look at your appliances. The business was spotless, and the appliances were fully functional so we could observe their performance. We appreciate the extra time, individual attention, and dual detailed demonstration of how the dishwasher operates. Digital systems are new to us and because we are elderly it took extra time to teach us. The dishwasher arrived and was installed before the promise date. The two installers that came out did an outstanding installation job. They came fully prepared and equipped to do the work. The installation was over hardwood floors so it took extra effort to avoid damaging them. The plumbing beneath our kitchen sink is very complex at our home because of the many appliances included. The installers made the necessary adjustments, installed new parts, capped off an old line, and completed the job in a timely professional manner. Their extra effort is greatly appreciated.

"Our new appliances were purchased from a local retail store. Damian John Installations was assigned as our contact for the installation. Eric provided us with an in-home estimate immediately after the holidays. He provided clear advice on what his company would do and also a cost range, since the ovens were a very tight fit and might require additional cutting of a countertop and around some shelving. The opentop also would be a close fit and possibly need trimming of the opening. As it turned out, only the molding on a pocket door needed to be removed, no special cutting for the ovens, so additional cost (over what we paid to the retail store for estimated installation), was minimal. Some cutting was necessary for the stovetop w/ 240 v. power into a junction box in the cooktop cabinet. Removal and installation cost of both appliances was $588, which we were fine with. It could have been more difficult. We found Damian John Installations to be knowledgeable and conscientious when performing installation of our new appliances. There was good communication, with pre-install instructions provided. The only downside, it took about 4 weeks to start the work after signing the approval form. All work was completed in an afternoon. The wait was definitely worth it and we love our new appliances.

"Keystone Kitchens was fantastic through every part of our kitchen remodel. I was very grateful for their expertise in thinking of how things would look afterwards and making suggestions for things I never would have thought of for a better outcome. They coordinated seamlessly with our cooktop installer. Josh was awesome, worked hard every day to finish as quickly as he could, as living without your kitchen for 5 weeks really stinks. The construction zone was always swept and cleaned up at the end of the day (that's really important to me!) and communication with Josh was super easy. He was very easy to work with. The tile guys were great, funny, and easy to work with. Everyone was very respectful and even gave my dogs lots of scratches behind the ears. My kitchen turned out absolutely gorgeous, better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Keystone Kitchens.

"I recently needed to replace a 22+ year old furnace, filter AC before it became an emergency situation.
My experience with Washington Energy Service was one of the most professional, pleasant and efficient company I have dealt with from estimate visit to the final inspection visit.
1. The original estimate was exactly what I paid, no surprise extra charges. Martin was very knowledgeable about my options and explained the pros and cons of each without hard sell pitches.
2. The start of job was about 2 weeks after the estimate and was I was told it would be 2 days and it was and that included waiting for an a City of Seattle Inspector. They also made sure that the furnace work before leaving the first day.
3. Worksite was left clean, and they were careful not to upset my handicapped cat (he was blocked away from their work area).
4. Vent cleaning was 2 days after the installation. They also did a nice job.
Everyone that was involved with my new furnace, filter and AC were Washington Energy Service employees. The company has been in business for over 60 years and know what they are doing and how to treat their customers.
PS: When speaking to the third City of Seattle Inspector, he casually mentioned that I had chosen well, that this companies inspections consistently pass because they make the effort to do the work right the first time.

He responded immediately (9pm at night) to making an appointment, came on a SUNDAY and was VERY thorough at fixing my fridge.He showed me what was wrong and gave good advice for the future. I'd hire him again and again. He was a referral from my home warranty company so I didn't have to pay him--not even for the hose he replaced.
