I removed the tarp that was very very close to the sensor and all works normally again. No service call, just friendly advice over the phone. This saved me much aggravation as I am not at all handy with such things, and I didn't have to spend any money. I will definitely call All-Pro if I every have garage door problems in the future.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. We had a problem with our garage door opener that they had installed in 2014. Jon Topping came out within a few days and replaced our old machine with a stronger unit under warranty with no questions asked. He also gave us a battery backup, new keypad and new car openers for free. What a stand up company! His visit only took 20 minutes. Our neighbor was so impressed that she came over and scheduled him for the next week. Thanks Jon and Precision Door!

We needed a garage door opener release lock replaced and a new entry key lock or key pad. We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary. Gilbert could have taken the opportunity to sell us much more service than we needed but did the honest thing to inform us that it wasn’t all necessary. And when I come across honest and extremely competent people like Rockstar Garage, I like to give credit where it's due. It's rare to come across people who put people before making a quick buck. WHY I CHOSE ROCKSTAR They had over 500 Yelp review with a 5-Star rating. That's more than any other garage repair service. That gave me a lot of confidence. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM These guys are a combination of the Ritz-Carlton and 9-1-1. They treat you like you are their only customer and that your problem is a top priority. Put simply, they make you feel important. My first contact was with Henio Hernandez. He was fast, responsive, polite, and very professional. I communicated with him by text, email, and phone. Next was Rick. Pray to the Gods that you get Rick. He is so nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. It's 9:00 PM and Rick is making himself available by text and by phone. This guy needs to get some R&R time. But he, like Henio, are obsessed with customer service. Maybe they want to be the #1 Garage Door service in the United States. If they keep it up, they could franchise their business. WHY I DIDN'T USE OTHER COMPANIES I read the reviews from some other companies and I just didn't feel comfortable. I read horror stories about people saying their were overcharged or ripped off. But when a company has over 500 Yelp reviews with a 5-Star rating, that alleviated my concerns.
