Benjamin from Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job performing an overhaul repair on my main garage door! The doors now open smoothly and quietly, thanks to him. Very happy customer. I highly recommend his services and I plan to hire him again to overhaul the smaller adjacent garage door.

We needed to replace our nearly 60-year-old wooden garage door. First, one company came and told me we need to take out part of our existing shelves to be able to install a new one. So I called Precision for a second opinion. Mark came over the same day, and told me the shelves were fine and we just needed to clear some space for them to work. He was able to schedule the service within days. Stason was our technician. He called me to see if he could come earlier(11:20am) than scheduled(1:00pm). He was really courteous and professional. He worked the whole time and singlehandedly removed the old door and installed the new one by 2:00pm. He spent time explaining to me how to operate and maintain it, and about the warranty. He left no mess and everything worked fine. I'm extremely happy with both people I worked with and the results. Highly recommended!!

EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY.

Job went very quickly. Ryan arrived on time, saw the problem, identified the cause immediately, and fixed it. Our charge was just for the service call, and Ryan explained exactly what we needed to do if the identical problem happened again.

The main board seemed to be slightly faulty but no replacement boards were available for an approx. 13 year old opener. We ended up having to get a new one installed. The technician Erick was definitely expert and tried hard to get the one we had to work but it was a tricky case as my engineer husband fully agreed. Partial failures are the worst. After all root causes were eliminated, we ended up having to get a new opener and it was installed very quickly and competently. Works great and we're super happy. We were impressed with Erick's technical competence, professionalism and persistence in trying to keep it a service issue as we'd requested vs a whole new install. I would definitely use them again as my parents have also used Precision in Texas to service their garage door opener. Great products and service in both states. We'll be sticking with them for future purchases and service. I very highly recommend them.

Repose was quick. They were able to service it the same day. Garage door back up and running as expected. Very professional and even service my one car garage door too. I would definitely recommend and request service again from them in the future.

We were told that the custom door we ordered would be available in 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately there was a substantial delay as Precision was using a new vendor. Since we had tenants that needed to move into the home and needed a garage door, Alex and his team kept us updated and tried their best to get us the door as soon as possible. They came out and even put in a temporary door so that our tenants could move in. While there was a delay in delivery, Precision was incredibly professional and took care of the situation beyond what was expected. The door is beautiful and we are very happy with it. I would definitely hire them again. It's a GREAT company!!!

A quality job of replacing a hinge style garage door (from 1973) and opener and converting to the new style belt operated door and incredible door opener. Love the job they did. Highly recommend them. They were so professional and easy to deal with. It's been a long time since I've dealt with such professionalism.
