  They finished all I asked for pretty quickly...turns out they just skipped most of the work and said it was done. Sprayed enough cleaner in the house that it smelled like cleaner when I came in, but now that I am investigating it seems none of my specific cleaning projects were done. As in, I hired them specifically to wipe out drawers and cupboards and clean floors before we move in and when I wipe them myself after they left there is a layer of dust on the wipe each swipe. The windows she claims they cleaned look exactly the same (still streaky), and the carpet she specifically claimed to vacuum has all the same footprints. They offered to come back when I complained, but ai feel very cheated and do not trust them so it’s a loss for me and I’ll do the job correctly myself (while trying to entertain my toddler & moving in our stuff now) read less

They have a great app to schedule and manage appointments, and the price is competitive. The first service, the cleaner did a very good job. Since then, we keep getting no shows. There are only 2 cleaners available in our area and we kept getting canceled on at the last minute (like half hour beforehand).
