- Advanced Basement SolutionsPrior to moving into our house about 10 years ago, the previous owners had used Advanced Basement Solutions to have an internal french drain, sump pump and vapor barrier installed. As it had been about 10 years which is the average life of a sump pump, we decided it was time to have things checked out. Called and lady who answered was very polite, she actually got my information so the lifetime warranty could be transferred over to us and then said we could schedule a "Healthy Basement Check" and said what all that entailed. She said she would have to check scheduling and get back to me. I got a call back the next day and scheduled it for the following week and gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be out. On the day of the appointment, Chris showed up promptly and I showed him downstairs, he looked everything over and we worked to run a test on the pump which had no issues. He did recommend a high water sensor which said I could pick up myself and did recommend a dehumidifier as we did have a bit higher humidity. He answered all of our questions and we even walked around outside as he saw a couple spot inside with a little dampness and gave us some tips and things to keep an eye on. Best part is I was educated on how the pump works and what to do in the event of an issue and had peace of mind knowing that when it does go, the first pump replacement was covered so the money I spent for the checkup was worth i

"If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. I had wall anchors installed on four walls and waterproofing. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to get the job done CORRECTLY! I can’t speak highly enough for Matthews Wall Anchor! "The drain line that services my kitchen and laundry room has always been slow-ish and clogged solidly for the second time. We called Terry's and they came out to snake the line. After running 50' of snake through the line there was still no luck. They ran a camera through the line and discovered it was still draining into the old leech field and was never picked up when we converted to public sewage back in 2001. Terry's had to trench across my laundry room floor and into my garage to hook the line up properly. They performed the job professionally with zero collateral damage. The price, as always, was reasonable for the amount of work performed. I recommend Terry's to all my friends and family when a plumber is needed.

"Task: Repair or reattach the existing 10' upper Rain gutter downspout to a two story house.(Uppermost top location). This section needs to be mounted or securely fastened to brick in several spots. Chris Jackson's Contracting He was one of three that replied to my Angi list post on Sunday evening. The other two did not respond to my service call. His promptness of his reply was the next day with a follow up phone call. After brief discussion, he quoted a price and scheduled a Tuesday morning session. He arrived within the window of his time promise. Also, He was EPA certified and Insured. He provided quality workmanship with proper tools, ladder and materials to complete this task within a few hours. Additionally, he performed to clean out clogged elbow downspouts before all sections were to be connected as well. I was impressed with his response time and his courtesy and professional approach to this service call. I would recommend him.
