The house looked better than it ever had. Gina has a great eye for highlighting architectural details of a house. The on-line virtual tour that the Real Estate agency created after the staging was beautiful and brought in lots of traffic. I can't say that Gina was the reason that our house sold but it did sell - in a very difficult market. Gina is an absolute bundle of energy. She was always punctual and met all of her commitments

For a very reasonable fee, April will come to your home and give an honest - and comprehensive - report on staging your home most effectively for a quick sale. In our instance, we'd been spending so much time packing boxes for our upcoming move that we hadn't begun to really think about staging our home. Despite the organized chaos of a home in transition, April was a consummate professional. She arrived on time and she takes her job seriously. April looks at a troubled room and is able to quickly assess the tick list of items that will make it appealing to the masses. April was quick to offer advice on small and large changes as we walked through the home together. Have no fear, don't worry that you'll forget all of the wisdom April is giving, she will follow up her visit with a complete typed report within 24 hours. I printed out that list and used it as a to-do list. In that list, I especially appreciated that April would include links to items (such as cleaning products or accessories) that makes it easy to shop - like house staging by numbers. :-) I also appreciate April's honest nature. She will tell you things that your friends and family will not. She is not afraid to mention that your basement smells like dog (yep, that was our basement) but she quickly gives great advice on correcting any challenges she finds. She will also tell you gently if an area looks cluttered or could be pefected by the "less is more" strategy or perhaps some specific accessory or two. For example, our kitchen is outdated and we did not want to spend the money to update a kitchen we were selling. April gave us a few key suggestions for maximizing the impact of the kitchen while distracting from the "flaws". Our results, you ask? Oh! I've got great news. The realtor's photographer came on Wednesday and took gorgeous photos of the newly staged house. The first showings were Saturday and because of the fabulous pictures, we beat our realtor's record for scheduled showings on the first day. SIXTEEN appointments were made for the first day of showing. The next day we had an open house and had 29 groups of people through (18 groups in the first hour!). Over 41 shoppers had saved our home on Zillow within 48 hours. None of this would have been possible without excellent staging advice which produced great photographs and made a fabulous impression on shoppers. Finally, the FIRST family to see our house made an offer (and there was another subsequent offer later in the day) above asking price. My husband and I took April's advice to heart and completed everything on her list. It works. Yes, we worked hard, yes we were typical moving-home tired (!) but every moment following April's list was time and money well spent

The project went great! Vicki is very personable, a great listener and a great sense of style and color! She met us at the furniture store and had previously picked out some choices that she thought would look nice in our home! However, she would make it clear that the decision is always ours! She helped us make a decision with the contractor on where tiled floors versus hardwood floors began and ended. She also helped with where the recessed lighting should be placed on our first floor! She helped us select material for bar stools, kitchen chairs, dining room chairs and draperies. Kathy and Eric are an amazing team, and their skills greatly complement each other throughout both the buying and selling process. We also found them to be very pleasant people to work with. When we started working with them, Kathy used her experience in home lending to guide us in pricing a new home, while Eric looked around our existing home to identify easy upgrades that would help with selling; we then all discussed features we would like in our new home so that they could make recommendations. We then started looking at houses with them. They were very responsive to our needs, finding us houses that met the criteria we had outlined. More than once, they recommended one that we had already been looking at on our own, while other times they brought up ones we hadn't noticed but that were a good match, and we never once felt like they were trying to push anything that didn't really fit us. When visiting each house, Eric used his keen eye to detect both mechanical and aesthetic problems, while Kathy excelled at interpreting aspects of both listings and decor to advise us on what types of sellers we were dealing with and what that would mean for us as buyers. Once we had found a house and made an offer, Eric was skilled and aggressive at negotiating--more aggressive than we had expected, but he got us a better price than we were planning to pay, so we can't complain too much! Kathy helped us with finding a lender who was great to work with, and they both accompanied us to the closing. On the selling front, once we had done much of the recommended work (Eric even had a specific paint color to recommend, and sure enough, it looked great), Eric and Kathy each worked up their own set of comps to advise us on pricing. Eric's degree in photography was evident as he staged and photographed our house, and the resulting pictures in the listing looked great--we had three people make appointments the day the listing went up. By the end of the week we had two great offers, one of which we took. Kathy and Eric continued to be very helpful as we negotiated final points (such as a problem that showed up in the inspection) and all the way through closing. During all parts of both the buying and selling process, Kathy Haggerty and Eric Nichols were skilled, professional, and personable, and we strongly recommend them to anybody buying or selling a home

"The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future.

"Overall the project went well. We had one issue with the shower door, The sub for the glass door, Crescent Supply, were a problem, but Duke managed them as we expected. The problem did cause a delay in finishing the project. We would not allow Crescent Supply again.

"We were selling our vacant house and were not getting the offers or positive feedback we expected. We called Gina to stage the house. Gina was punctual and very professional. She made several recommendations on simple things we could do to give the house a more updated look such as changing some hardware and light fixtures, and changing some paint colors. She also made recommendations to give the home a more lived in feel by adding bath towels and shower curtains. She then selected furniture and accessories to rent and staged the delivered furniture. She did an excellent job of staying within budget while providing enough furniture to show off the house's features. Her fee was $500 and the furniture rental was $300/month with a minimum rental price of 3 months. We got an offer on the house within 3 weeks following the staging. Gina also supervised removal of the furniture.

"I was a guest at a very formal wedding ( I was the sister in law of the bride, but not in the wedding party) and needed a dress. I, of course, procrastinated to the last minute. I should have been out a few months before the wedding, but waited until 3 weeks before. Everything I had looked at on the racks of the department stores was either too "prom" or too "mother of the bride" with nothing in between. I live near this bridal shop and decided to see what was offered here. To my wonderful surprise, it was the nicest bridal shop I had ever been in. Very nice lighting/dressing rooms/merchandise, and her prices are very reasonable. Eva was great; she really knows a lot about this industry and is not just a "salesperson" trying to make a buck. I was able to get a dress with a different top and bottom and Eva actually MADE a jacket from the same material as the top of the dress (from scratch). She is an amazing seamstress and she had me come in before the shop opened for fittings. What great service!!!!! It wasn't rushed like many bridal shops in this area. She really took the time to make this a one of a kind dress for me and I couldn't be more pleased. She is truly talented at what she does. It was done, on time, at a reasonable price, and more importantly, done correctly!!!!!!!!!!
