Very professional. A short time later they returned becaust the toilet began to run. The flapper (?) dried out or something. They replaced the flapper with out a charge to me. Always professional, especially with this follow up. The follow up was not their fault, but they took extra care of me, the customer. I appreciated it

He said that he would make it right and to date has failed to correct the job! The igniter on the grill has since broken and this guy won’t answer the phone or reply to any messages! He no longer has a store front and it’s clear that this guy doesn’t care! He’s running the business into the ground as I understand under previous ownership, they were top notch. Each time I've been told "we'll call in a couple of weeks to schedule". I sent an email on June 24th, no response. It's now July 8th. How long should I wait? I am interested in the Gas Grill Service as described on your website. "The salesperson was very helpful and advised us on the size and model appropriate for our fireplace. We took the gas log set home ($350) intending to set it up ourselves. After discovering this was more complicated than we had anticipated, we called back and asked to have an installer come out. For another $150 he connected it to the gas line and set up the logs and arranged all the rocks and vermiculite. It looks fantastic. After he left I noticed a faint gas smell even after turning the fireplace off. I called back and they sent someone out the next day. Sure enough, there was a small leak. He apologized profusely and corrected the problem. He even looked at a vent-less portable fireplace in our basement and cleaned the pilot light for me for free.

"I have a 5-year old Weber Spirit propane gas grill that wasn't heating properly - one of the burners would light, but, when I tried to light the second burner, the first one would go out.
<br /> I called Three Rivers to see if they repaired propane grills (I found out many repair services only repair the gas ones). Chuck Vandevort, the owner, scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday morning. He arrived promptly (called first to confirm), found the problem immediately - replaced the hose and regulator, cleaned up the grill, all in the space of 30 minutes.
<br /> He was efficient, polite, cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend his services. (He also repairs and installs gas lamps and gas logs)
