Congalton Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

Discovered on a Sunday evening that the central air conditioner was running but not cooling. Called and left a message with Scott about 11:30 p.m. stating it was not an emergency but wanted to try to get on his schedule for Monday. He returned the call shortly before 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He said he would arrive around lunchtime or a bit later. He called shortly after noon to say he would be a little later than hoped but was still coming. He arrived around 1:30 p.m. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair right away. This is the third time I have used Congalton and have been pleased each time.

They were amazing! Came out same day and went above and beyond checking things and making recommendations. Came back and installed new furnace, took out the old behemoth we had and cleaned up everything like they were never there. Super nice guys--can't recommend enough! :)

Wonderful experience.

Scott was professional. On time. Discussed and informed me about the problem. Walked me through the issues they would investigate to resolve the furnaces balking at firing upon temperature reading. Within 30 minutes he identified the necessary repair, installed the needed contact board. As someone who often waits for contractors to appear, Scott phoned quickly, was on time, willing to inspect without repairing, if I decided to have other opinions.  The two other repair people recommended I replace the two furnaces were WRONG.

Called the business phone listed on Angie's List and left a voicemail message.  Scott called back within a half hour.  He said he could fit us in sometime during the next morning.  Both my wife and I work and so we asked if he could come after 4:00 p.m.  He accommodated this request.  The next day, he arrived as promised.  He found the problem and had the parts on the truck to make the repair.  He explained the repair to my wife.
