Replaced the leaf spring and shocks on my truck. Went out of their way to make a special trip to get the spring at a spring shop as the are back-ordered at the dealer for months. Also, only replaced the side that needed replace, as the other spring is still in good shape.

I have been dealing with them for over 15 years. They are EXCEPTIONALLY honest and trustworthy. Since I got a newer car, I haven't had too many problems so I just took it in for Inspection. Today, with the tire issue, triple A was unable to help me. So I had them tow me to Wolberts. I called and they said I didn't have to come in or walk home in the rain. They would call me when it was ready. What a relief on a very otherwise stressful day.

It seems fewer garages are doing front-end alignments anymore. I actually did them myself when I was in the business but an alignment rack isn't something you have available in your toolbox. That being said, if I can't do it myself I trust Wolbert Auto Body and Repair because they do things right and take pride in providing great service.

Wolbert's is the community garage. To be honest, I feel I can trust them and rarely shop around.
I think the first time I did they saved me hundreds of dollars. Tell me they would be able to re-weld instead of re-place an existing piece, and they guarantee their work so I went with it.
That was years ago and my car has been fine since. The other location also told me I needed to replace a timing belt, where in actuality for my make and model...it's an actual 'chain' and I do not have to replace it.
So any increase (or lack of coupons) for such services for oils changes etc. comes out in the wash. I remember I ran over something one day and wasn't sure if some bracket got knocked off. The guy, owner, family member, long term employee came away from his work, crawled under my car to inspect and gave it the A-Ok for free.
No...well we can fit you in on this day. I've been sold since. And I think I will be there until either I'm not here or there not here. And that's all there is to it. They support our local schools and are part of the community and that is just a plus over all.

I called Wolbert's the day of the accident and they had appointments available that day to receive an estimate. We took the car in for an estimate and the staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. Shortly after arriving, Bob greeted me and took the car for evaluation while I waited in the lobby. After writing up a detailed estimate and parts/pricing list, Bob sat down with me to review the details. Bob was very professional and I did not feel pressured at any point during this interaction. Note: Although Wolbert's is associated with my insurance company, at this point we were not sure who would actually be doing the work. Wolbert's was performing the estimate only. Bob provided us with a copy of the details for our records and we moved forward with scheduling the work with their shop. They were able to schedule us the following week to complete the work. We dropped off the car on the date scheduled and, since Wolbert's is an approved body shop for my insurance company Wolbert's also assisted with rental car arrangements. The car was estimated to be in the shop for eight business days...however on the morning of the seventh business day, they had called and stated the car was ready for pickup. When we picked up the car, we were once again promptly greeted by the staff. Bob soon brought the car out front of the shop and walked us through the repairs performed. The repairs seem to be immaculate and they had also cleaned the car before pickup. Again, the rental car drop off was a simple as handing the keys across the counter at Wolbert's and they took care of the rest. While we would certainly use Wolbert's again under any circumstance, we would absolutely recommend using them as an affiliated body shop for insurance purposes. They handle all of the paperwork and work directly with the insurance company and rental car agencies. All we had to pay was the deductible directly to Wolbert's and everything else was taken care of. We are by no means an expert on auto body repair pricing, but given the amount of damage to the car the cost of the work seemed extremely reasonable and less than I was expecting. We would and quot;hands downand quot; recommend Wolbert's to friends, family and colleagues in the future. Even if not from this area of Pittsburgh, I believe the level of service and quality of work is well worth the drive. They did an excellent job and their courtesy helped to make a bad situation (car accident) much more bearable. Thanks for everything!

Wolbert Auto Body and Repair do repair work and tune-ups. They do the full line of auto services. I think they are excellent mechanics and their rates are reasonable. They are trustworthy.

They don't do something unless it needs to be done. They will call you first before doing any work. They are very very nice. They are well thought of in this area.

They are our regular auto shop and we use them all the time. They are great.

The body work done at Wolbert is impeccable! They are great professionals and always will contact you to provide an estimate, recommendation and discuss options with you before moving forward with any work. They are honest with their estimates and really work with the customer to meet your needs. Due to the damage and price of this work, I did shop around a bit and still found Wolbert to be competitive.

It is a busy shop, but they are always realistic with their turn-around times and will make accommodations for you to drop off your keys and/or have a late pick-up on the weekdays.

The receptionist and/or store manager always reviews the work that was completed on your vehicle, walks you through your final bill and ensures that you are satisfied with the work.

Pricing might be a little higher than some shops, but I've been coming to Wolbert for years and anytime I've gone somewhere else (when not living in Pittsburgh) I haven't had such a great experience, so it's worth every penny.

As usual their service was quick, professional, and well done. They explained the parts that required replacement and were able to make my wife's car driveable overnight when one of the parts didn't come in before end of day so that she could drive home and bring the car back tomorrow.
