  Project began on a Monday. Hi-Tech located and dug down to the old sewer line which took all of Monday and some of Tuesday. New sewer line was installed on Wednesday. John and Josh went above and beyond. Stayed until 9:30 pm working in dark to install new sewer lines so we had use of all our fixtures that night! John even went back to shop for part for backwater valve and came back at 10:30 to put it in. City inspection was Thursday and they back filled and cleaned up Friday. Very happy with the work and price. We had one other estimate from another Angie's List listed company and it was nearly 3x what Hi-Tech did the work forshow more

  For one thing they take care for other people. I actually called them to look at my mother?s property which is in my name but she had a plumbing line problem and he came out one Saturday and he didn?t charge me because he could not fix the complete problem. He analyzed the problem and figure out what was wrong. He didn?t charge me and they'll call me back when they are ready to finish the part and my mom tells that they did it very well. He is very good. The last approximate date of service is just a month ago. It would have been about the February 4th I believe. The total bill was $850. They fixed the tube plumbing problems for me. I actually have a problem out the street that the city had created but anyway he did well fix. They had do some sewer line workshow more

  They showed up when they said they would, put a camera into the roof vent, located the exact location of the broken area of my sewer line. Scheduled the repair the same week, they were in and out in about a day and a half! They kept the work area clean, left me with next to no mess when it was all done! No stress, no hassle!   The process went as well as it could. They estimated the repair to take three - four days and they did it in three. The first day they came in a removed the carpet, jack hammered two holes on either side of the room, dug down nearly 4' to locate the pipe. It was down 2' further than we expected. That was a full day's work. Besides the jack hammer, we hardly knew they were there. The second day they dug outside the house get get access and replaced 10' of pipe with new pvc and installed a new two-way cleanout outside. The third day they backed filled and compacted and filled the holes with Concrete. The final bill was $650 less than the estimate b/c they estimated the worst case scenario of replacing 15;' of pipeshow more

  I called & the receptionist was very professional. She was able to get someone out the same morning that I called. She called 30 minutes ahead before the serviceman showed up. I wasn't at home but my sister was there. She said he looked around & assessed what was wrong, then he called me with an estimate before he would proceed. The price seemed reasonable so I gave him permission. I was able to call the office & pay over the phone. It was so easy & they were so professional. That really stood out for meshow more

  Called Hall Plumbing to come and evaluate our clogged drain clean out. The drain line was found to be impacted by roots from a close by cottonwood tree. The technician (Jason) was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to unclog the line and identify the problem. We set up a time for the following week for the line to be dug up and repaired. The crew was a little late in arriving, but they got right to work. The backhoe quickly dug down to the problem area and the plumber cut up the pipe, took out the roots, and repaired the line. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Hull Plumbingshow more

  After calling another company (on Monday) and being told it would be Thursday or Friday before they could come out, I decided to call Advanced Plumbing. I originally reached voicemail and left a message and Ray returned my call in about 30 minutes and told me he could send someone out later that afternoon. A short time later, Ray was calling me back to let me know he was able to send someone out right away. He even told me the name of the plumber he was sending out (Mike). When Mike showed up he got to work right away and was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider using Advanced Plumbing again in the future and recommend to my friends and family.   Advanced Plumbing was really a great company to work with. Mr. Ray talked me through the issues we were having and offered some really great advice. We scheduled for someone on his team to come to the house and they did a great job.   On Friday, April 18, 2014, I contacted Advanced Plumbing & Sewer Service due to this business' Angie's List ratings and reviews. They also happened to have an $89 special for the problem I was having. I spoke with Ray, who, after a few moments of back and forth Q&As, was able to make a diagnosis regarding the problem over the phone. He said that it sounded like a routine drain clog, but of course, he couldn't say for certain until he actually took a look at the setup / problem. He said that they were really busy, so the plan was for him to call me again on the following Monday to schedule a date and time to come out. On Monday morning, Ray called as promised and said he was sending his employee, Mike, that morning to help me with my drain problem. He gave me an estimated time of arrival to expect Mike and he arrived within a few minutes of the ETA. After only a few minutes, Mike had the drain flowing again like normal. He even cleaned up the mess that had been made before leaving. Both Ray and Mike are very friendly and personable (and, importantly to me, speak ENGLISH), yet both maintain a professional attitude. They both are very knowledgeable and experienced plumbers and I have nothing but good things to say about them and Advanced Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company.
