We thought we were going to have to sweat it out all weekend in 100+ degree temps. Called several HVAC companies and left messages on their answering machines. Eddie called me back first thing Saturday morning and said he could be there at 10:00am. He apologized for not returning my call the same evening, but they had been very busy. Understand, I had never used this company before. He got the system running very quickly, but discovered there were more issues. I was skeptical initially, but he showed me the issues in detail and went over the costs of each option. I decided to purchase a new unit. He had his crew out with new equipment and the new system installed and running that afternoon. Has been great to work with on regular maintenance. Great company!"

"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"The slab leak is fixed and I kinda feel like a big winner. They only had to reroute about 6 feet to bypass the leak under the slab. Got some sheetrock holes in the guest bedroom, but they are out of sight under sink cabinets and can be patched. The personal service, quality work, and price were exceptional - IMO. Bob Usry & Sons Plumbing have a new client! They stayed hooked up and everything was done in less than 2 days + avoided the jack hammer!"

"Bailey Brother’s replaced the blower motor in our AC February 2021. Bracket on the motor broke over the weekend and caused the motor to be free spinning. We replaced the bracket to get through the weekend. Motor went out this afternoon again. Tech came out, told us the blower motor would be $1090 to install. Quoted us $4800 for a whole new internal unit. We had a blower motor we had from a friend, had tech wire it so that we could use that for the time being, cost us $135 for that and when we turned on the AC, it’s turns out the tech did not wire it correctly because it would not turn on. Husband called tech and he was told they would not come back out unless we bought the $1090 motor. We went to Durham’s on the south side of OKC, got the blower motor for $306 plus tax and a quote for the whole unit $1600. Office states their price includes installation. That would be $784 for installation of the blower motor and $3200 for the full unit."
