Had a family member coming home from the hospital. I was trying to hook up a bidet to my toilet. Hit a snag and asked Lance for help. He can might over finished the connection in a few minutes. He said no charge. It is so nice to know there are helpful honest people. I definitely recommend 100%

On Point Plumbing came to my house to diagnose a very pesky low water pressure issue in my master bathroom. The technician was punctual and very respectful of my house and our family and pets. He was very efficient in diagnosing the issue and left no stone unturned to ensure that the problem would not occur again. He was able to resolve the issue on the spot with parts and equipment that he had on the truck with him. He was very knowledgeable in explaining what the issue was that he found, why it occurs, how he fixed it and how to prevent it going forward. I really appreciate this transparency because it improves my knowledge about my own plumbing system and how to properly care for it. Although that may be taking business from On Point PLUMBING it will ensure that I will call them for any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend On Point Plumbing to anybody and everybody in the OKC area. It feels good to know exactly what I was paying him for and I will gladly do it again.

It was fantastic, our sink was clogged in the kitchen and the bathroom. He did his job in just a short time, there was no mess. I have told everyone about this company and will call them again.
