"Mr Watkins was quick to provide the services we arranged for.&nbsp; He has a nice office and warehouse and his office staff was polite and helpful.&nbsp; The crew that worked on the house showed a different attitude. Whenever we came into contact with them they were not friendly and rude.&nbsp; They walked through the dirt in the yard coming into the house instead of using the drive way and side walk.&nbsp; After the work was completed Mr. Watkinscame into our home to collect and&nbsp;was confrontational to the point that I was uneasy about him being there.&nbsp; We had asked him to clean out the heating unit in the house we were living in at that time.&nbsp; The crew went into the attic and came down and reported the condition of the unit to Mr.Watkins.&nbsp; At the time of paying for the the services they provided when Mr. Watkins was in my home, after paying&nbsp; $9000 he charged me $60 for looking at the heating unit.&nbsp; He became irate because we had not chosen to go ahead with having the unit replaced.&nbsp; When I suggested that considering the amount we had paid for their services on the other house he might forgive the $60 he became confrontational and aggresively rude. <br />show more
