JASON FIXED MY DRYER

Jarred diagnosed the issue and ordered the required part for the Frigidaire oven. Once he received the part came back to replace it about a week later. Great work performed and good service. I did have to call initially for the follow-up but since the part was delivered as schedule, they were waiting to reach out to me once received! Very professional and knows what to do! Will recommend and call back for any other issues! Thanks!

Repairman was knowledgeable , efficient and went out of his way to find the part we needed that day and perform the service that day.

Very fast response from the time I call to Jason's arrival. It took Jason all of five to ten minutes to diagnose my electric Kenmore's problem AND FIX IT!!!! Extremely affordable, very professional and just downright nice. Jason and Arrow Appliance Repair will have ALL my repair business!

Our Samsung front-load washing machine would not drain or spin. I called Arrow Appliances, and was able to schedule the repair for the following day. The technician arrived earlier than promised, had the necessary part on his truck, and made the repair. I will hire again.

Great service, punctual and very professional

Repairman came on time, was very professional, attempted to fix ice maker, but left off critical bar. Came back once notified and provided bar, but did not fix additional issue. Said he needed to find part and would get back to us "shortly." Never heard from him again, forced to use other company.

He answered my questions came promptly and replaced the parts that had been damaged and advised me to replace the microwave.

Great. They were able to repair the range and replaced the ice maker. They had all the parts and the price for everything was reasonable. They also gave good, solicited advice. Well worth it.

They showed up the next day, after calling. Diagnosed the problem and had to order a new valve for the dishwasher. After the part came in they showed back up and installed the part.

Old one came off and go'd in the trash. New one go'd on the dryer. Now dryer goes round and round with not any extra noise. Overall everything go'd real fine.

I had hand surgery the week before they came out. The wind caught my front door and twisted the frame. While they were there they were kind enough to remove 2 screws and replace them so the door would close. Bravo for their help!

Excellent- replaced in 5 min. Jason was early to our appointment time which was great and he knew with in one minute what needed to be replaced. A little too pricey for the service call and part but yet it beats buying a whole new washer.

The representative said that the problem was a board and that we should just buy a new dishwasher rather than spend the money for a new board. The dishwasher was 11 years old.

Excellent, professional yet friendly

The service man responded the same day I called, which was fortunate for both of us. I explained the condition and situation of the appliance and that I preferred replace rather than repair the unit. In the past, other service providers have taken short cuts and insisted that I was "good to go," in order to turn a fast buck. The installation was fast and "painless" and I was satisfied with the charges. For those who wish to maintain a resource to repair small appliances, this provider is an excellent choice.

The tech came out, got part numbers, ordered parts and was back in two days to install.

I called on Thursday, Shane made the appointment for Friday morning, arrived 10 minutes early, fixed a problem with a part on the ice maker and a bent piece of metal (part of the drain) that a previous repairman had caused, and was done in about 20 minutes. Works great now, no leaking water. Shane was very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and fast. I couldn't tell a repairman had been in the house. I HIGHLY recommend Arrow Appliance Repair!

Everything he did was great. He was very good, very competent. He came back very quickly. He got the part and came back. Everything was very good. I have no complaints; I was very impressed with their quality of service. The young man was very nice, he showed me what was wrong. It was painless.

Arrow's technician, Jason, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes. Explained what needed to be done. He didn't have all the parts, so he went to check on availability. He called back in 30 minutes to set up a time for the next day. The next day he arrived on time, had all the parts he needed, and completed the job in about 15 minutes. In addition to the repair, they guarantee their work for 1 year, so in the unlikely event it happens again, they will come out and replace it for free. This is the second time I have used Arrow, and I will be sure to use them for all my appliance repairs in the future.
