  • Shane's Handyman Service

Shane came and advised we had mold in our bathroom wall. After checking with other "bathroom specialists", Shane's pricing was more reasonable, giving us what we actually asked for, and able to get the job done before they could. He always worked with a smile on his face and was clear and direct about how progress was being made. We'll definitely be hiring Shane again as he works on a variety of projects and has done great work multiple times for us

  • T3 LAND WORK LLC
    5.0
T3 did excellent work on several jobs we needed done. They are reliable, on time, and communicate well. We’ve found it difficult to find companies in the OKC area who meet all these standards, and it’s a relief to find the quality and reliability of a company like T3.

I’ve used VIP plumbing several times and they are top notch! Very professional and the price always seems lower than expected. I now refer them to everyone I know. You won’t go wrong hiring them! I promise!

I called Aqua plumbing for a rental property I own in the OKC area as I live out of state. They did a great job through the entire process and I will use them again if needed. A+ job.

Yard is draining nicely. The work itself was timely, and the crew came back next day to add a downspout that was discussed initially but left out of the contract. Crew broke the buried invisible fence cable under the creek that had been marked, with no offer to cover the $125 repair bill. While the work done matched the contract, I needed to read it more carefully before signing. The contract showed 3 sets of plants, 6 each, when we had discussed 8 of each. We also discussed 2.5-3" diameter maple trees (size not in contract), but got 2 that were 1-1.5" because 'that's all the nursery had.' None of the grass plants had come out yet, being late February; when 3 still hadn't come out by July, I left a message for Matt on replacement under warrantee. Mid August, I called again and was told that there was no warrantee but I could just go down to nursery and replace them myself. After what I paid for the work, I didn't think it right to invest another handful to correct dead plants, and Matt agreed to resolve the 3 dead plants when he had a break between jobs. It's October

  • Giant Landscape LLC

Blake Emerson with Giant Landscape provided all of the services we needed and did a wonderful job on our yard. We recently completed an extensive renovation on our 1960’s home, which included a large addition. The lot is large, with established trees, but also has some challenges with a mixture of sun, shade, previous plantings, drainage, etc. The yard was basically a clean slate, and we wanted a landscape company that offered full services ranging from design, irrigation, lawn, beds, hardscape, fence, and lighting. Blake worked with us during our renovation to plan out the design and answered questions about drainage and irrigation during our construction. It was very helpful to be able to plan ahead for the yard while contractors, plumbers, and electricians were here working. He listened to our ideas about the history of our trees and some plants that we wanted to keep, plus all the new plants we were interested in. Blake was always very responsive and answered all of our questions while giving us suggestions and options for some unique places in our yard. He is very knowledgeable about this region and what plants can grow in sun, shade, wet areas, etc. Blake and his crew made this a very positive experience and we have a beautiful yard to complement our new home

It went fine. They had to dig up the backyard. I’ve heard they are a little pricey, but they did good work.

Overall, it went well. First, we had trouble locating where the line came to the house so the technician had to call in the leak detector guy. That required an extra day which is understandable. The leak happened to be caused by an aging holly bush which had penetrated the copper tubing coming from the house. Hi Tech removed the Holly and located the leaking line. They cut the line back beyond the damaged copper, added a new fitting and connected the line to the water well. They checked for leaks, covered the hole and smoothed the area around where the hole had been. All in all, not a bad experience. They are a little pricey but, very professional and good clean-up around the affected area. Since I was working at the time, they dealt mostly with my wife. They explained what they were doing and even helped her take pictures to document the repair process. Again, we are pleased with the service and will call them again if we need their services

Called Hi Tech to find out why my drains could not be roto rooted out, They used a camera and determined bottom of cast iron drain pipe was bad. Had to jack hammer open the slab inside my house and replace about 35 feet of bad pipe. Job took a week to complete. Workers were friendly and worked hard when here. Didn't start till 9:30 or later most mornings and would quit for the day around 4:15 to 4:30. Did a good job of keeping area clean daily. Jamey was good to deal with and helped a lot with dealing with my insurance
