The communication was excellent as well. We had a pretty good rain on the first day and his crew did not come out due to it being too wet to dig. Kevin contacted me ahead of time to tell me they would reschedule for later in the week. They held to that promise. Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year.
