They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. I chose Weir Family Plumbing because of an honest estimate, breakdown of what may be involved and what work would be performed, and was very reassured when speaking on the phone with Brandon, who was able to come out and assess my needs the same day. After taking a look at my bathroom and fixtures, he presented an estimate that was much lower than I anticipated. He scheduled me the same week and arrived when he promised, and was able to get everything done promptly. I expected a few unexpected things to happen with the age of my home but he was prepared and didn't have to leave to get anything. When the plumbing work was finished he was able to show me the work and explain what he did in a very easy to understand fashion, and afterwards he finished the light tile repair and cleaned up my bathroom and the other side of the wall he had to access to get to the tub fixture was put back together very nicely, and it looked excellent. Before he left, he showed me how to use the new faucet fixture and showed me everything working properly and was very easy and friendly to talk to, and didn't mind when I checked in while he was working. When everything was completed and he left, I felt very confident in using my bathroom as intended, and I haven't had any issues since the repairs were done.
