"After a recent hail storm we hired another company to do our roof as approved by our insurance company. When they showed up with no tools or English-speaking on-site manager and began removing shingles without even coming to the door, we canceled the contract immediately. We found Phoenix on Angie's List. I contacted them and explained the situation we were in--removal started, materials delivered, but contract canceled. Ryan and Micah came over the same day to help us sort out the mess. Before they left we had a clear plan and contract and they climbed up and tarped the spot where the previous crew had begun removing shingles. Their crews did considerable repairs to the underlayment, edge stripping, and gutters in addition to vents and shingles. The work was top-notch, and every question or concern was addressed immediately. I was particularly impressed with the effort they went to in trimming a vaulted roof edge above clerestory windows. The first effort looked a little off, so they did it again and made it look better than ever. Micah is just the nicest person you could ever hope to work with.
