Koala Insulation is the best! They are very responsive with great prices. Scott was great with getting to me, assessing my needs, and giving me his recommendations while allowing me to make my own decision. Once my decision was made, he was quick with setting my appt for the installation. The roofer arrived yesterday to update my attic fan, was done within 45 mins, and provided me with photos of his complete work. Jakob and the crew arrived this morning a little before time which was ok with me and was finished within an hour. They were also efficient with cleaning up any fallout which was very little. I would 10/10 recommend this company and would definitely use them for any future needs.

Excellent experience with Koala. Very knowledgeable sales representative, Scott Hedge. Very transparent pricing as to the products and services. No high pressure sales. He laid out the options and benefit of each product. Answered multiple questions that I had. Installation team headed by Justin Streeter was very thorough. They were excellent with cleaning up after each day of a two day project. Very respectful of property. Worked really hard to remove old cellulose insulation. Did a very thorough job with placement of radiant barrier. Overall an excellent experience.

I donâ t typically write reviews but I feel the need given the extraordinary experience I had with Koala. I hired Koala to insulate my attic and install a solar fan on the roof. There were some hiccups along the way, but Koala immediately went above and beyond to remedy them. Honestly, Koalaâ s customer service is the best that Iâ ve ever seen. They absolutely prioritize their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

Koala came out quickly to provide an estimate for my batt-insulation removal project. I was able to schedule the job right away within two weeks of the initial visit. Koala provided a fair price and did what they said they would do. I did have one call back to finish off part of the job I felt was left incomplete. They came immediately as requested and took care of it. Customer service doesn't get much better than that.

After Hurricane Ida in 2021, I needed to have my attic insulation removed and replaced due to storm damage. Luckily one of my neighbors had a Koala truck at their house very shortly after the storm, so I walked up and talked to the workers. I was able to get on their schedule a few days later. It was discovered that my attic was full of black mold, so Koala not only removed all of my old sopping wet insulation, but they remediated the mold, and installed my new blown-in insulation., and a new solar attic fan all for a very reasonable price. They were very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left my property cleaned up properly from this very messy installation process. I was so please with the work of Koala Insulation of Greater New Orleans, that I hired them to work on my double also.
