the project went very well. it was done on time, was professionally performed, and resulted in a new, safe, beautiful roof. mr. randall strachan went above and beyond what was required of him: he replaced, on his own, some wood that was in an unsafe condition so that the job could continue seamlessly and safely.

After a recent hail storm we hired another company to do our roof as approved by our insurance company. When they showed up with no tools or English-speaking on-site manager and began removing shingles without even coming to the door, we canceled the contract immediately. We found Phoenix on Angie's List. I contacted them and explained the situation we were in--removal started, materials delivered, but contract canceled. Ryan and Micah came over the same day to help us sort out the mess. Before they left we had a clear plan and contract and they climbed up and tarped the spot where the previous crew had begun removing shingles. Their crews did considerable repairs to the underlayment, edge stripping, and gutters in addition to vents and shingles. The work was top-notch, and every question or concern was addressed immediately. I was particularly impressed with the effort they went to in trimming a vaulted roof edge above clerestory windows. The first effort looked a little off, so they did it again and made it look better than ever. Micah is just the nicest person you could ever hope to work with. He has exemplifies a commitment to quality work and customer service that can be hard to come by in today's world. Well done, Phoenix Exteriors, and many thanks!!

It was an extreme pleasure having worked with Phoenix Exteriors Inc. Their experience and knowledge gave us a sense of security that we needed when having a new roof put on to our house. They made sure to take their time and research the proper materials needed for my skylights and they did not disappoint! They also handled all the headaches my insurance company was giving me and always stuck up for us and our needs. I highly recommend working with this company and if you can work with Troy than I can guarantee you will have peace of mind when dealing with your new roof.

He was fabulous. They took care of so many other things, along with the roofing. Bill worked with our insurance company and got all kinds of things done for us. He was really a great person. I liked Texas so much. I was in and out of the hospital, and he took care of everything for us.

Eric at Phoenix Exteriors took the time to get on the roof and look around, explain what was need and worked with the insurance company to resolve the entire job. I didn't have to do anything else and roof looks great. 5 of my neighbors used Phoenix too. Eric also arranged for painters and some siding replacement on one of my neighbor's home. A great outfit. Excellent. Im very happy with these guys. I wanted a metal roof, and they delivered, the roof is just beautiful. It was expensive, I ended up paying 6 grand out of pocket, but that's a metal roof for you- it was worth it to not have to worry the next time a hail storm rolls through SA. I really like the people I worked with; they were professional, kept me updated, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. The point man for the operation is named Troy, great guy, very patient with me-he's who you'll mostly be dealing with; I forget the name of the paperwork/contract/job foreman person (Bill?) but he looks like Neil Peart from Rush, nice guy too; the owner's name is Eric, and he worked really hard to give me an accurate estimate of damage and made sure I got the right amount from the insurance. Spending that much money all at one go was uncomfortable, but it had to be done, and Phoenix Exteriors made it as easy as it could be. I'm very happy with the work.

Worked with rep Troy Brehmer. Always available for any questions and was on site when work being performed. They were in and out in less than a day and half. Left my yard cleaner than when they started. Would definitely work with them again.

Quality of the work was great. Eric and his crew did a great job. The cleanup was fast and overall we are completely satisfied with the work. I recommended him to neighbors and I would use this company again.

Shawn put my mind at ease, the roof was done sooner than I thought, he is always in contact with me letting me know what is being done and what is next.

It went well, just had to call back, there were (and still are) debris from the installation
