"I will preface the following by stating my brother has an HVAC company in another state which allowed me to run all information through his expertise. We decided not to continue with one of the very large outfits as they told me an expensive part was out of warranty when it was still in warranty. Using Angie's list, we narrowed our search to 3 companies. One company tried to sell too hard and was eliminated. Comfort Engineered Systems (CES) and Kuhn Air Conditioning gave estimates and were within $90.00 of each other. "I got home after being gone for almost a month and found the grass in my yard to be over a foot tall and my HOH threatening fines if I didn't get my lawn mowed and back into shape!!!!. I called the people that I hired to cut the grass while I was gone and found out that they had gone out of business!! I got on Angies list and found Real Handy Pro and called (this was at 6:00 PM in a rainstorm). The lady (Christy) answered and said she would send somebody right out to take care of me!!!! Even though I needed it done I didn't want anyone hurt in the rain / thunder storm so I said tomorrow would be fine. The next morning bright and early a man (Alex) arrived and gave me an estimate (that was awesome) and proceeded to cut my front and back yard immediately. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Christy, Alex, and Angies list for putting us all together. "Jason called and emailed to schedule installation. The installation went well but I noticed that the installer cut the holes a little larger than the lights. He told me that I would have to have someone come repair the drywall after the installation. I called Frog and they sent a guy back out to repair and paint the ceiling drywall. The customer service provided by the company was great! Frog was very prompt, courteous, and professional.

"Advanta Clean of West Nashville did a superb job of remediating the radon problem in my condo. Communication with the owner and installer was excellent. They provided timely information and diagrams in response to our HOA's questions. Installer, Dustin, showed up on time for every appt from estimate, repairing cracks in foundation, installing &amp; painting remediation/vent system, to post-remediation radon testing. He is a top-notch professional and perfectionist. I interviewed and got estimates from two additional radon remediators, whose level of knowledge of radon/remediation and EPA standards, communication, competence, and professionalism did not compare to Dustin's. However, Advanta Clean of West Nashville's estimate/cost was comparable to those of the other radon remediation companies. I couldn't be more pleased or recommend Advanta Clean of West Nashville for radon remediation more highly. They are good people you can trust.

"We are in some kind of deal with them, and they come and check our things every 6 months. It's a contract. They saved us money and helped us out a bunch. One particular guy comes out, and the unit is 8 years old. If they weren't honest and ethical they could have probably said oh you need a new unit. He was able to clean it and look at it thoroughly. He was able to do a little patch work, but that patch work has worked for a little over 3 years. Their honesty and helpfulness is what I like the most.

"Pretty well. They were able to come the next day, which was very nice. I was pleased with most of the work, for the price anyway. There was one "spot heavy" area I had only told the cleaner about (instead of showing him), in a room that was rather dark, that did not get cleaned up properly. But I should have checked that before he left, I just assumed it was done well because the other spot-heavy areas were well-cleaned. I'm sure he would have re-done it if I had asked. I don't have much experience with having my carpets cleaned, so I don't know if it was normal or not to have the damp of the carpets giving off an unpleasant odor for a few days. The areas that were not seriously dirty didn't seem to get as good a cleaning as the really dirty spots. Those three things are the reason for the "B" quality grade. Still, for much less than half the price of another reputable carpet cleaning company I got a decent job done on four rooms and a hall, and that's a good deal.
