Mr. Arnold was always punctual and arrived when he promised, both for the estimate, and for the work itself.  He made good suggestions which reduced the cost of the project (no return air duct needed-transfer grille instead), and his price was competitive with other estimates I obtained.  He completed the job on a day I reqeusted in one day (by himself) as promised, and the installaiton was neat, and professional, and he cleaned up well at the end.  I was able to communicate with his company via e-mail and telephone between the time of the original estimate (August) and the date of the job (November).  He accepted my credit card on the spot at the end of the job for the quoted price.  I would use his company again.

They are always on time, work is done right, the advice we receive is accurate, and they are great to work with.  We are very pleased with Dennis Arnold and his company and have recommended them to many of our friends who are also very pleased.

He had a helper who arrived first and on time.  The job was done in one day and we are pleased with the unit and the work.  We're waiting for the upstairs unit to die and will use A C & H Mechanical to replace that one when it happens.
