Their workers Ed and Angel were very professional as well. They did all the work from demolition to all last minute details. They were very articulate in all phases of the job. Bob is the only one who replied because of his big heart to help homeless people. He spent many hours evaluating our job and putting together a bid that would comply with the government agency from whom we would be receiving grant funds for the job. We spoke on the phone for several hours and met at the sight as much as necessary and he was punctual, professional and consistently kept his promises. We haven't started this job yet and must get 2 more bids but I'm hoping Bob gets the job because I would totally trust him to do it and do it right
- BOB LEONARD & ASSOCI did not get the bid for one month. Then it was for bedrooms and bath only, no kitchen remodel. I got the strong feeling he did not want the job. I would have appreciated the truth up front rather the waste his time and mine. Seems like nice guy.
