  Fantastic experience with this company. Did their vey best to come up with a solution to fit my budget for my priorities in 2010. It was such a positive experience that I had them come back to quote the remaining projects. My windows and siding have cut down on noise by 75% (live near freeway)...a huge improvement. In addition my heating and cooling bills are half of what they were! Great people to work with from quote to completion of job. I will post an update when finished with this next phase

  We have had 3 jobs done by Green Clean, and each time we have been so impressed! We recommend them to everyone! They did the damage mitigation after our septic system failed and backed up into our basement, reconstructed the damaged area of the basement including a full bathroom rebuild, and we had them back a 3rd time to continue our flooring, trim, and new doors to the remaining basement. They have been great communicators throughout the process, available for all of our questions, clear about all pricing and expectations, and the employees go way above and beyond to give their customers a five-star experience every time

  Our original project of residing, roofing, and portico design with Craftsman Choice was done in 2015. We have been highly satisfied with the outcomes of this project. Residing with Hardie board and adding a portico transformed and updated our 1960s home to fit into the neighborhood of tear downs and new builds. Our project was well managed within the agreed on budget and timeline. We experienced some minor storm damage summer 2020. Most of our neighbors called on unknown companies of storm chasers to evaluate potential roof and siding damage. We choose to call Craftsman's Choice, feeling confident they would give us an honest answer about any damage with a desire to maintain the integrity of their product and reputation as an installer. Ben and his team responded to our request promptly and repaired the damage to its original state. We have total confidence in the repair and that Ben and team will be there for us in the future if we have further questions or need to call on them to maintain the integrity of our home.   We were impressed with Plumbline from the start. Before bidding on the project, Roger brought in a plumber and an electrician to make sure that our plans for our 1921 house were possible and affordable. He and his team offered great advice as we worked out design and construction details. They respected our opinions and ideas, but weren't afraid to offer alternatives based on their deep knowledge and decades of experience. We did a complete remodel--down to the studs. Plumbline did the demo then put everything back together. Roger did an impressive job of managing the project, even as COVID-related supply-chain issues presented daily challenges. Plumbline changed the size of both windows, including adding a bay in one opening. They installed new doors and molding throughout. They coordinated installation of new cabinets, counters, floor, and appliances. They built two new closets. They rewired and installed new lighting. While they were at it, they also did a minor bathroom remodel, including installing new tile, sink, and other fixtures. They kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and made sure that the rest of our house remained livable. It truly felt like each and every member of the team was treating our home as they would their own. The best thing about Plumbline? Roger is an absolutely great guy. He responded to our many calls and texts quickly, he kept us updated on schedule changes and delays, and he was never, ever too busy to sit and review plans with us and answer our questions. He's smart, insightful, and a true professional. We plan to hire him for future projects, and we won't hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends

  You take a chance when a disaster happens and you need to choose a contractor quickly. We were out of town when a smoldering futon left our whole house covered in oily soot. I made a few phone calls and ultimately chose Green Clean over some of the bigger companies I spoke to. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The process of mitigation took about 3 months, but when it was done there was absolutely no smoke smell. They removed ceilings, flooring, and drywall from the most affected areas, and cleaned every inch of the rest of the house. We were pleased with the results and with our initial meeting to discuss the construction phase, so we chose Green Clean's rebuild team to finish the job. This was where our experience went from good to great. I am very particular when it comes to design and materials selection for our 19th century home, and they were open to my suggestions and quirky requests. Mitch and his crew texted me regularly with questions and updates, and they had me stop by to discuss various details. They seemed to really care about making us happy and getting us back into our house. Despite the pandemic and a labor shortage, we had the same crew throughout the project, and I think there was only one week where, due to Covid, they weren't on site. On top of it all, their craftsmanship was really excellent. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the administrative side of this. There is an enormous amount of detail required by a builder to ensure that the work is properly documented and covered by the insurance claim. Rhett was very clear about what our allowance was for each item we needed to select, and answered all my questions (very patiently, I might add). Our insurance company barely questioned anything, and I have to think it was because it was organized so well. We made a few additional updates to our house, above and beyond what insurance covered, and he was transparent, honest, and flexible about the charges. We are now back in our house, 6 months after the fire (Green Clean's initial estimate had been 6 to 12 months), with no sign that we ever had a fire and no financial horror stories to tell.
