- Loyear Disaster Restoration Services LLCLoyer Restoration did a very good job with our 45,000 fire restoration. The staff members were courteous, and kind as we dealt with the aftermath of the house fire. They were helpful in trying to explain how the process worked, and understanding when they had to explain it again, as we were very overwhelmed with all that we had to do. The staff members worked in a professional manner and maintained detailed accounts of what had to be trashed because it was beyond repair. Even when a picutre frame was broken during the clean-up, they resored the frame to better than new condition before they returned it. The staff made every effort to complete the resoration in a timely manner, so that we did not have to be displaced from our home any longer than necessary. Additionally, they explained their billing process, and were patient as we dealt with the insurer for payment. I would recommend this company for restoration if you ever have the misfortune to experience a house fire

First we will pre treat all carpeted areas, then we come through with our CRB machine (counter rotating brushes) this helps emulsify the soil lifting it to the tops of the fibers. "Our experience with Loyear was phenomenal. Following a heavy rainfall, we ended up with significant standing water in our basement. They had call agents available 24/7 and were incredibly easy to get on the line at 5 in the morning. Tyler with Loyear was out to our house within a few hours and was phenomenal. Tyler was able to quickly assess the damage and explain next steps with ease. He was thorough and efficient and kept us updated throughout the course of the mitigation. "Greg at Mikre cleaning came out after talking to him on the phone for good period of time. He took the time to answer all my questions and also took the time to explain some things that I did not know to ask (which I thought was very nice). You just do not see that anymore.

<br /> When he came out he explained to me exactly what he was doing and why (I was also curious). We do not have a big house but he did seem to be here for a while, he was very thorough. One of the things that I really like about Greg (besides the fact that he is very experienced) was that unlike some other companies out there, he does not charge for every little closet, nook area and hallway.
