I actually used the rug cleaning service they are associated with. The work was good. The pickup and delivery service stood out. I might use them again.

I received a call that they were ready about 10 days earlier than estimated.  I put the 8x10  and one of the 3x5 rugs in place.  They looked just fine. I was pleased with the way they looked.  I did not unwrap the second 3x5  until mid-September because I was painting the room where it would go. When I unwrapped it, I was very disappointed because it was not cleaned well.  I did not take it back because I felt I should have unwrapped it immediately when I picked it up.

This was an excellent experience.  I do recommend phoning in advance if you need a custom repair, because they'll tell you how to find the shop and who to ask for.  I took my oriental rug to Navob Bros. for repair after Keljik damaged  it during cleaning and refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Keljik damaged the fringe so badly that it appeared to be chewed off and was only an inch or two long in places.  Taking my rug to Navob Bros. was a good experience from beginning to end.  The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful.  The people in the shop were responsive and professional.  They explained the repair process to me (reweaving new strands into the rug).  The repair was not cheap in an absolute sense but considering the amount of damage, I feel that the price was reasonable (I just wish that Keljik had paid for the repair).  The rug was ready when promised and looked so good that I was surprised.  They had even tinted the new strands to match the old.  I know where the repairs were done so I can spot them, but they are not at all noticeable to anyone else.

They did a great job.  They were quick, easy, friendly and cleaned my rugs.  It seemed like a fair price and they did a fine job.

I thought that the price was fair. We had never had it cleaned and we had a dog that was old. It made a mess of the rug and they did a really deep clean. I know that they sell rugs. They did everything that they said they would do and they dropped it off when they were clean. The nice thing was that I didn’t have to drive anywhere. They were willing to come and pick it up because it was so heavy and dropped it off after it was done. They didn’t come here to drop it off when I expected it to be. I called them and they immediately checked where it was. They called me back within a few minutes to tell me exactly when it would be there and it was. They did what they said they would do and in the time frame that they said they were going to do it. When we bought the rug they were so confident that they sent three brand new rugs for us to live on. It was just to see what it would look like in our home. They brought it and set it up. So, we just went and paid for it when we bought it. I was pretty impressed with that. They were very prompt.
