"This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business."

"Fraud ALERT! Chris Crossland is a total fraud! We bought a house this May and wanted to do tile flooring of a bathroom. I found him on a "pro list" from the Tile Shop. He mentioned that he has dust-free equipments and can do the job quickly and neatly during the estimation. He took our deposit and promise to finish job in a week. But he never showed up again, did not do any job and won't return my phone call or messages. He even used his kids (claiming them sick) as an excuse to get my sympathy so he had the time to cash my check before he disappeared. We are suing him now. I have screenshots of the text messages before he disappeared, will post if needed. I hope more people could see this and not get defrauded by him any more!"
