He showed me where the impeller busted. He came back over the next day with the part and fixed it, good as new. Very impressed by him. ASP - America's Swimming Pool CompanyThis company is now owned by a very responsible couple, Craig and Susan. I can't begin to say all the nice things I want to say about them. First of all, I want to say thank you. I was trying to maintain my pool on my own and last year it turned green and got out of my control. The police came and gave me two days to drain it. I drained it and left it empty for a year. This year, I decided to have it remodeled. After asking around and researching other companies, I settled on ASP. I am so happy and glad that I did. The turnaround was quick, when they said they would be there, they were there. They worked at the time when the temperatures were 113, 114 and never complained. They finished when they said they were going to finish and my pool is so amazing, I can't stop looking at it. You will find no one as responsible, trustworthy and as nice as Craig. He pays attention to every detail and is not satisfied until everything is perfect in his mind. One of the reasons, I choose this company over others was because of Susan. I am a New Yorker, and when I first spoke to Susan, she had such a nice voice that I knew she was from back East. Turned out to be New Jersey so right off, we had a lot in common. Then I met Craig and it was so refreshing to meet someone you could trust in Las Vegas. I am so happy. If you choose ASP for any pool related work, you will not be disappointed.- Gloria R.

Each week I receive a report on my pool complete with picture and chemical readings. I needed to have my lights replaced and James dutifully got into the chilly water and replaced them. Other maintenance over the years has included changing the water and work removing calcium deposits . The prices have always been reasonable, the work is done quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to have James, Jeff and DJ who are so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never written a review before, I don’t even do “likes” on Facebook! I highly recommend this company!

We were able to get a repair appointment quickly. Scott diagnosed the problem with our pool heater and had a part replaced in 24 hours. His crew came and adjusted the chemical levels correctly, clean the pool and came the following week to check everything. Our pool looks great again and works beautifully. We are throughly pleased and are continuing with Capital’s weekly pool service.

John is the very best at what he does. We obtained multiple quotes before beginning our pool and John’s quote was clear and concise from the beginning. John also offered a complete quote for what we discussed. (Some other bids showed a base quote and then had other items as add ons that quickly inflated the price.) I thoroughly researched the products that John uses and they are highly rated and among the best. The bells and whistles like WiFi control and multi color LEDs were standard in his quote. John’s design was far and away the most gorgeous of the options we saw. Over the course of our project, John listened to our preferences and offered his expertise and guidance to create the pool that we wanted. From design to tile and grout selection to plaster and splash deck, John delivered the exact look we wanted. (It is actually more gorgeous than we imagined!) All of John’s sub contractors were fantastic, professional and efficient. From the excavators to the pool service at the end of the process, John has a wonderful team. Timelines and expectations were clearly communicated by all parties. John seemlessly managed the inspections and logistics of all facets of the project. He willingly answered all of our questions and responded immediately to any call or text. I highly recommend John to anyone looking to put in a pool and create their very own vacation in their backyard. He has made our dream yard come true and we could not be more grateful to be enjoying it with family and friends!
