I had one problem with the billing and they corrected that right away and I've even had a credit from them every month since then. My last interaction with them was probably several months ago, maybe three months ago. I didn't spend anything. I think my experience has been excellent. I think they have been prompt, they are very knowledgable about what they are doing. They made sure I was satisfied. I've never had to pay anything for a visit. But I think on my bill I have a protection plan that I pay for. I think they are very customer oriented. I would say go with Direct TV they are the best ones out there

One is DDR and other one is a basic one. I have one dish and two receivers. I can watch two different channels. They are very responsive. I had a terrible experience with another provider. I get a good service and I am very pleased

He was punctual, professional but still friendly, it seemed more like a close friend helping you out than a hired hand. We liked him so much we asked him to come back again a few months ago to mount another television, it's becoming a yearly tradition. He even when out of his way to help me trouble shoot something I has messed up after he left everything in perfect working condition which I feel was above and beyond the call of duty which I was so grateful for because I am so horrible with electronics

The problem began when we needed someone to come out because something went wrong and we lost reception. We tried technical support via phone. Although they were very nice and helpful, we were unable to resolve the problem. They then set up an appointment for a technician to come out and fix the issue. The appointment was for a week later. They said they couldn't get anyone out there any sooner so we had to wait a week for service. Totally unacceptable

Even though I have my own modem, they wanted to charge me a $10 rental fee. Also, when order was first initiated the order form indicated I would only paya $49.00 install fee. Install fees on the first bill were closer to $100.00. I had to make a trip into town to get them to explain the bill and make adjustments. I will go back to satellite dish as soon as this contract is over

"The owner and another gentlemen came out and gave us an estimate. The technicians came and did an awesome job of hanging our TV plus hooking up all the components and explaining in great detail how everything works. We would totally recommend this company!"

"On 4/29 my 5 1/2 year old Samsung 40 inch LCD TV failed to come on when the power button was depressed. I researched the problem on the internet and subsequently called Samsung tech. support. After unsuccessfully being able to resolve the problem, tech. support told me that a service technician would have to resolve the problem. I selected Z-best service center from Angie's list and called to make an appointment. I was told that the service technicians were out on a service call and they would contact me upon return. I subsequently received a call from Mackie Toker, Lead Technician, and set up an appointment to meet him at Z-best at 9 AM today, 5/1. Upon arriving at Z-best, I was greeted by Mackie who unloaded the TV and advised me that there would be a $60.00 charge to troubleshoot the problem and provide an estimated cost to fix it. If I elected to have the problem fixed, the $60.00 would be applied (deducted) to the estimated cost to fix it. He said if I wanted to wait he should have the information in a short period of time. Shortly thereafter, he came in and advised me that the power supply on the master card would have to be replaced and gave me an estimate for the total job. Although the estimate seemed to be very reasonable, I decided to replace the set instead of repairing it since the set was 5 1/2 years old. I was very impressed with Mackie's display of professionalism. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and timely in arriving at the solution to the problem. If I have the need for TV service in the future, I will not hesitate to call Mackie and highly recommend him for others.
