Came out and patched a freon line that i hit with a hedge trimmer and did a good job you cant even tell i hit the line. Vacuumed the line and recharged it and they are about 30 to 40 precent cheaper than everyone else which is definitely a plus

If you want an egotistical man to do business with this is your guy. Hire them months ago for a new ac unit and long story short it was installed horribly which left my family hot miserable. The crap had problems since day one after installing you would think they would fix it the 1st time right... nope, not at all instead they half a** it or just did not show up. After numerous times calling them to fix it I just called another company who got it right. They did not even pull the permit it, I had to call the city myself they forced them to do it. Make matters worse he acts like he is the most important man on earth but cry over $20 and paying for the mistake his guys made, he and his so-called business partner Bobby will lie over small stupid stuff talk bad about each other behind their backs. Do not unless you want to deal with them for the next 5 months.

First time I used this company they did great job. I called a second time for service and they were very slow to respond. When technician finally came out they misdiagnosed issue and said I need Freon. I was charged for service call and AC still did not work right. I called another company to get a second opinion and and they said Freon levels were fine. They did some small repairs and AC worked great afterward. Poor service and it seemed they did not have knowledge to fix my AC system.

Our AC stopped working and Frank was able to come by the same day after homeadvisor synced me up with Stewart Air. Frank was very professional and was able to fix the issue quickly at a reasonable price. Looks like we've found our new AC guy :)

At the end of the day I felt over charged and never got an itemized bill (that I requested twice) to show how I was charged. Researching the retail cost of the 2 parts replaced- Stewart-Air charged me $200 for parts that I could have gone to Home Depot and bought for $140. I was then charged $65 for the service call and $110 added for an hour of labor. I will not use them again.

"These parts are manufactured parts that are not available at Home Depot and can only be obtained directly from the manufacturer. Before any work is performed it is first approved by the homeowner. Service call for pool heater. Prompt service. Respectful and honest but in the end the recommendation (and what I suspected in the back of my mind) was to replace the unit. Better than nickel and dime-ing me which would have resulted in a complete rebuild at probably a higher cost. Thanks to Jon, the technician.

o One guy, Frank, came to install my air conditioner. He was very polite and professional. He worked nonstop until the job was done. The only inconvenience was that their credit card system was down and I had to go to the bank for a cashiers check. I received a call checking on the job and was told I would receive another one in a week to make sure all is well. So far, all is well.

Stewart gave me the best advised on my system, that I did not know that may still be in warranty? I will check to see if I do. If not I will be contacting Stewart back to do the work for their honesty. I had Simply Air come out last night that gave me a quote for $685.00 for an Air Handler Blower Motor, which they could have looked at the system and told me there is a 10 warranty on AC system, which show it was manufactured in 2008, which gives me a year left. THANKS STEWART AIR you are the best and saved me from over priced work with another company!!!

Nightmare from beginning to end. They trashed the rooms they worked in and left everything worse than they found it - until I had to call the manager/owner/whatever he calls himself - back to my house THREE times to correct what his workers did. Ultimately they did what they were hired to do but is was a constant headache chasing after these guys on a daily basis. Maurice, the owner, was nice but he REALLY needs to tighten up on who he hires to do the work and represent his company.

"Jacksonville is a city that is full of older homes and these homes are very challenging and sometimes it takes more than one trip to get it right. Some customers have more patience than others but in the end we always conquer these tricky challenges. Our technicians spent three hot days in this attic in the summer where temperatures reach well over 130°. This can be very dangerous so we must do it in stages for the safety of the technicians. After install I had them to return because some of the attic insulation had filtered thru the vents, they were able to find the issue and corrected the problem. Also for the price they were mid range with all the other bids and l required 5
