"Our expectations were exceeded. Max and Shawn unboxed the 75 in TV and attached the mount without any difficulty. They removed the 55 in TV that was over the fireplace and relocated it to the master bedroom. They removed the old mount over the fireplace and installed the new one. They centered the mount based on where we wanted and installed it. They had to cut out a bar in the mount that was covering the power outlet. They ran 4 new HDMI cables and an optical cable to the built in equipment cabinet to the right of the fireplace. They connected all the cables, and adjusted the receiver, DVD, and firestick. They completely reprogrammed the Logitech My Harmony universal remote to configure it so that it would be easy for my wife to operate. Everything was tested and approved by us. Max and Shawn were extremely knowledgeable and had no problem navigating the setup. Max made a number of suggestions that optimized my setup. In particular, he reconfigured my receiver and educated us on the best sound for movies, TV, music etc. I had considered purchasing a new receiver but after he adjusted it, there was not need. My old receiver sounds great. He connected the TV in the master bedroom and reprogrammed the Logitech remote and again made a number of helpful suggestions. Max was very professional as well as patient. We discussed our setup and he didn't talk down to us but was genuinely interested in providing us the best AV experienced. I think I am out of the business of messing with my AV configuration. From not on, I am going to call Max to do it. He spent several hours with us and we found the fees to be more than reasonable."

"Beware of Comcast coming into new neighborhoods and laying their cable. They water-drilled a tunnel under my brand new driveway to run their cable. They did not backfill the tunnel or replace my sod to its original condition. Two months later my driveway has a large crack and there is a small sink hole next to the dig spot. Every week it gets bigger! I filed an ERI damage report. I have spoken to their "supervisor" numerous times, but no one comes out to repair the damage they caused. Apparently they subcontract these jobs with unprofessional people who don't know what they are doing."
