"I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie’s. I’ve truly never been happier & can’t say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! 😄); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your “wish list” & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they’ve been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for. And with Jessie’s, that’s miles past any other housekeeping company out there. THEY ARE SOOOO WORTH THE PRICE! Oh! They can also do more! They can send someone to clean your carpets, help you move large items, get you ready for a garage sale, pressure wash, and on & on & on. Truly full-service. I can’t say enough good things about them. My dogs even love it when they are here! 😊 If you need your house deep-cleaned & then kept this way, hire Jessie’s & you will be very happy you did.

"I am a realtor out of Jacksonville Florida. I had a seller that needed an appraisal quickly for a sale. Atlantic Surveyors not only completed the survey but my customer was so pleased she wanted to make sure I gave a positive feedback about her experience. From my prospective (realtor view) Atlantic surveyors squeezed this survey into their packed schedule when the original surveyor could have made a couple of minor changes to the original survey and spent far less time at the property to complete the survey. In this situation the home buyer actually personally knew the original surveyors and they still wouldn’t complete the survey in time for the closing!! Talk about communication, Atlantic surveyors contacted me quickly and backed up their words with action. I wish Atlantic surveyors was in Jacksonville Florida because I wouldn’t use any other surveyor. If you have a chance to use Atlantic surveyors don’t hesitate to use them. I’m a stickler for customer service and they went far beyond that. From the sellers prospective the surveyor showed up on time and walked them through every aspect of their property lines. From the old boundaries to the new boundaries the surveyor was very patient and professional ensuring to document everything!! "Called and booked an appointment for the next day (they offer same day appointments but had a full schedule by the time I called). I was told we'd be the first appointment the next day and the driver would call when he was 15-30 minutes away. The driver called as promised and the team arrived right on time. They were quick, efficient, polite, and were patient explaining what needed to be done. Once they were finished with the work (septic pump out and the alarm needed reattaching in one of the tanks) I couldn't even tell they had been there, the yard was as it was before they arrived. I would 100% call Tillman again.

"As a single woman, I am always a little worried when I have to call in an outside company to do work for me.  I have had expereinces in the past where I'm pretty sure I was taken advantage of.  Richard alleviated all of those concerns for me right off the bat.  I felt like I had an advocate who was genuinely interested in making sure I got a fair deal and high quality work.  Going forward I will call Richard anytime there is an issue with any of the trees on my property.  He is fair, extremely knowledgable, dependable, and very professional.
