I waited, started filling and water immediately came rushing out from the patch. I phoned him immediately. I had already paid him in cash for a job I thought was done. That was 3 days ago. By Thus., 6/5, I could finally see the drain in the 9.5 ft deep end of the pool. Today, 6/10, the pool is In perfect condition, sparkling blue water. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had the tools and materials on his truck to handle all this. The NuWave management team, (Tim & Matthew), was very friendly and cooperative and handled this project quickly and professionally.
